Got a load from Matthew Ullrich, was told that load was supposed to be palletized and it wasn't! Took almost 9 hours to load and they did not pay detention, because customer shows our truck was late, we have GPS records and BOL with times that show different. There was an issue at delivery as well, they sent my driver from Chicago to Bensenville for $50 only and it took over 3 hours to get empty and detention was denied there too! Horrible! Would not recommend working with them ever!
