I am a current employee at this company for 9 years, no, is not the perfect place, because a perfect place does not exist but it is a place that if you work and you get pride of what you do, you have a satisfaction that you are doing something good for a cause. There are employees that have a different experience but in my case, I have been a witness of seeing how a person diagnosed with mental illness can get better taking their meds and receiving talk therapy and getting integrating into the community. Support Solutions has a mental health clinic that offers services in the community as well as to the supported persons, we are making a difference and my supervisors and managers work with you and they are flexible. I appreciated all my co-workers and managers , no I do not expected anything from this review, is just sometimes good results and good experiences need to get publicity as well.
