The scenery from the hotel is good, but you have to go to the hot spring spa and restaurant by tour bus and feel a little inconvenient. Golf courses are quite difficult and difficult.

The facility seems to be a little old, but the cleaning was perfect and all the staff were polite. It was Silver Week, so it was full, so I was a little disappointed that I couldn't go when I liked the bath time.

However, the first room I was guided to was a disappointing room on the golf course side.
When I immediately contacted the front desk to change to the sea side, I recommended a room where the price would increase, but somehow the price did not change and I moved to a decent room.
I wasn't a member, so I was sad that I was treated like this.

I completely enjoyed my stay at the Grand XIV Naruto resort. The service was wonderful and I really enjoyed the delicious kaiseki meal. I loved the Italian villa feel of this place.
