Heritage hotel. Still a comfortable choice to stay for a few days.

For having a private lunch or dinner, this hotel has a great japanese resto Bushido, a great Chinese resto Golden Dragon and a tasty Indonesian resto Bengawan.
Like spending time here as it only next to my office.

A representative hotel to hold meeting or training activities in the center of Jakarta, because it is not too expensive but quite adequate capacity. Good hotel, large function rooms but feeling its age

The car park is rather difficult to get the peak hour again, but it's quite a lot of parking spots and it's not too complicated.

Interesting old hotel. At an affordable price, it is my choice when I need refreshing outside the home. Breakfast is superb. Typical ornaments in ancient times are still very plastic. Only the lighting of the room was rather dark and the bathroom was like that. The staff is friendly and agile if there is something to complain about. And one hundred swimming pools are small enough for the size of a hotel of that size.

Fried rice, eggs of potato wadges are all very salty and pickles, carpets along the hallway are torn apart, with a hotel as big as that, parking is difficult. Suggestion if you are able to park near the hotel entrance, do not go out again if you are out of the risk of not being able to park better if you want to go out using only online vehicles. Don't forget to ask for a free parking ticket but you have to pay at the exit 5000 once to pay for the entire stay.

A hotel with a classic touch and thick traditional Indonesian nuances but still prioritizes the contemporary side. Strategic location, great. Recommended for loose budget.

It is very convenient to try the food menu at Bengawan Solo, the ferocious beef cow shop

Need to be repaired in various fields starting from the waiter when the breakfast is not prepared after the guest leaves. The room smells stuffy .... needs a thorough renovation. Emergency guidebooks and various things related to main services are not included in the room including free wifi.

Just rated 3 because of the taxi service, you force to ride with white horse taxi.
I like bluebirs taxi...not white horse.

This hotel is supposed to be an eternal legendary hotel, they have many pluses: right on the side of Sudirman street, Jakarta, It means strategic location!

It's local hotel but w/international level, so its name has pulled the hotel to so called a high level hotel .... it means guests demanding first-class service.

It takes you to the high level promotion for Indonesia wonderful atmosphere ... its decoration, room names, colors and reliefs, so on.

What The Grand Sahid Jaya must, is doing the homework .. lots of homework. I must say old fashioned, downgrade level, food and beverages, rooms, and services. U cant be trapped in the old times without realizing customers have more options now. Catch the excellence level where Sahid supposed to be, then I'll be proud of it as I was 20-25 years earlier

From the beginning of entering the building the feeling is not ok ... The parking lot is circling ,, then entering the standard receptionist the atmosphere is also not like entering the hotel lobby for some reason ... Then once you enter the room ,, disappointed ... Not as expected for a 4 star class or 5 floors are not covered with carpets ... Like there is no impression of luxury ... Then the sound of vehicles from outside is very noisy even though it is on lt 10 ,,, then searching for reviews is shock that the hotel provides self-isolation facilities for covid patients, whether they are combined or not the floor but on the 10th floor where I stay there is a chair where I can store food in front of the room, not all but quite a lot there are several rooms, then the plus point is that the place is strategic ... it seems like a sahid class needs renewal in terms of room comfort, service and availability It is better if you provide self-isolation facilities for covid patients to inform visitors ... Don't let it be made less calm, let alone bring your family ...

It's an older style hotel with nice touches of history. Very good price to quality ratio. Location is great, very central in Jakarta. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I reduced with 1 star because hotel can do with an update and there were minor cleanliness issue in room...

This hotel has been around for quite a long time so it's arguably an old-fashioned hotel. I also think the room is very standard for the price range of 1 million. The bed is a little sticky, maybe because it's been a long time. When I checked in, no towels were provided.
