Excellent auction and very professional staff. I'm not sure why the bad reviews but I buy over 1000 cars a year at various auctions and have never had a problem here. Sour grapes...

Love this auction by far my favorite in the state. And the owner is awesome

Terrible how they run their business. I paid for my car Friday and I was told I wouldn t be able to get it until Wednesday because they were busy and have a lot of paperwork. I feel as if you buy a car you should be able to get it immediately! If my money is paid, why should I have to wait 4 days to get my car? Just doesn t make any sense.

They don t even fix cars if they have check engine light they just clear it and let it run through the block I spoke to a girl that works there long dark hair and she told me that they essentially don t care about what people buy.
Also have heard from multiple people that it s not a healthy environment to work in no wonder they can t keep employees

bought a car a year ago, and after i sold the car the customers car got flagged as stolen. long story short car got impounded and my customer was very upset, and i had to pay a lot of money to get the vehicle out and take half of my day to deal with this. What happened was the lein was never released and the car was reported stolen. As an auction is their responsibility to do the back end work to make sure this does not happen, or a why would a "stolen" car run through your block??? well i talked to someone who said they would get me reimbused. after 2 months she forgot about me so i emailed her again saying she will do it ASAP and she was sick and blah blah blah. now 3 months go by and still havent heard nothing and now she hasn't responded to my email. Her name is tori by the way, I will never go here ever again, and my first time i bought 4 cars. I will ammend my review is this ever gets taken care of. DO NOT GO HERE

We were driving on 96 East today around 12:30pm and the driver literally cut us off. We almost went into a ditch due to your driver s ignorance!!! I see why your company has such low ratings. When I called to make a complaint the secretary acted as though she didn t know the procedure for filing a complaint. Maybe you should train your drivers how to pay attention to the safety of himself and others on the highway and train your staff on how to handle complaints. I also took a picture of the side of the truck if you care at all to speak with him.

Beware dealers! Their online arbitration department will not be of much help when a valid claim is submitted, and be prepared to wait at least a week after you file your claim before you have any contact from the auction. I actually had to call the auction myself to get a status update. I filed a claim 8 days prior, and was ensured by their sales manager that he would contact me the next day. After my status update call, was again ensured that this person would call in 10 minutes, but instead received an email 30 minutes later. Will be sure not to do business with this auction in the future.
Hopefully, their inlane sales are conducted with more integrity.
