A nice little complex, but not worth the price. 3 stars since it's safe, quiet, and in a good area. You can get better location for a much cheaper price.

Cindy, Jason, and Lee have been simply great for several years now. The neighbors are friendly and courteous, the grounds crews are very good, and there is an overall sense of safety and care.

Best place to lease an condo. I have looked everywhere in Tallahassee and this is the best place in town. The staff is extremely pleasant and care about what you have to say .They listen to you completely and try to get the issue fixed right away. Laura is so polite when I have to call and if she can't answer she gets someone that can or gives me a call back .Mike let me know everything up front when I signed my lease. Cindy is awesome too, along with Amanda. They have made the clubhouse look amazing. I love all of the new furniture. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance guys are awesome. If I need something done they get it done in the same day. It is just an AMAZING place to stay.

Came into the office to see if there was any available units, a young dark skinned man was sitting in the office I believe he told me he was head of maintance (cant remember his name) had approached me with a very nasty attitude he was very rude and VERY unprofessional, I dont know if you guys have a office manager or not but I'm sure he was not it , he could have been having a bad day (who knows) but I was not and should not have been a target to his frustrations , I heard you guys was a great property for me n my husband to reside at! after meeting that man I wouldnt wish to live here and have to deal with such a nast individual. However the other young man did make sure I was okay after the matter and expressed his apologizes on his supervisors behalf, he was very professional unlike the other man!

I have resided at Barrington Park for a little less than 6 months.
I must say that I have had a wonderful experience!! Cindy and the staff have been very curtious and extremely helpful. The staff has gone above in beyond in my transition and have been very professional. I feel safe and it s so clean!! I m glad to call Barrington Home!

Of all the condos in Tallahassee, I am extremely pleased I selected Barrrington Park. The HOA is excellent. For me and my friends, the amenties of the condo are the swimming pool, home theater, meeting room, kids play room, billiards room, business center, clubhouse with kitchen and TV area, basketball court. mail room for packages, a lighted tennis court, and soon a community garden.

Awesome beautiful community. Love the pool and have made many friends here. Superb club house amenities.

I have lived at Barrington Park for over 6 years. It is an amazing community, located in the North East side of Tallahassee. The staff is amazing to work with.
