Ive stayed at the Hyatt place in Seattle. The rooms are equally nice, but the hotel itself in Vegas feels a lot more downscale. The breakfast spread is slightly less satisfying though very similar. But on the whole, not a bad place to stay in. Quite conveniently located, an Uber ride to the strip is about 6 bucks. If you get a good price, definitely a great bargain.

The Hyatt is tucked away in a spot most tourist dont know much about. Located right on the corner of Harmon and Paradise. Many tourist would choose to stay closer to the Strip but the venue is beautiful and well kept nonetheless. One of the secret Las Vegas hide away Hotels one could argue. I have never stayed here myself but i have saw the rooms and they are stellar to say the least. But i would only recommend the Hyatt for a quick Las Vegas conference stay or any quick business stay here in town.

Employees were helpful and kind. Our room seemed clean. Checkin was quick and easy. Plenty of close, free parking, and no resort fee. That said, for a Hyatt we were not impressed. One of our room keys stopped working after being used twice. The room felt worn and not very nice. One of the sink handles was broken and took some guessing to get it to turn off. We called ahead about a pack-n-play for our baby, and were told they were available. We arrived late and apparently they were all used already. Not sure how many they have available so maybe it s on us for arriving late, but that was frustrating too. There was no blanket for the pull out couch bed. Quite a few little annoying things that when added up made our overall experience not very nice.

Service was excellent, as the front desk was welcoming and all staff (including the cleaning staff) smiled at and greeted us when they saw us. Rooms were modern and clean. The tech station connected to the TV did not work and caused an issue for me as I had plugged in my phone there before taking a quick nap (result: dead phone for the rest of my night in Vegas). Also, the breakfast line was a bit long and extended out into the eating area. Breakfast was ok, very decent. Our stay was an overall pleasant experience.

I suggest if you have so many people why you dont serve breakfast soecially for them?

I would have rated more but the noise of water running down the drain excessive in some other room and kept bugging us in the morning. The hotel is close to Airport, sometimes the flight noises woke us up too.

After the breakfast gets over, there should still be coffee and tea there in my opinion, given people wake up late on Vacation.

The room was good, the bed was comfortable, bathrooms were clean.

Would recommend if you're not a light sleeper.

Welcoming staff were on the mediocre side - I wasn't even acknowledged for about 5 minutes (with no one else being served). Room was fine, although requested crib had to be chased twice and blackout blinds didn't fully close. Pool was nice. Breakfast was fine. Overall, satisfactory but nothing more.

Well started with the concierge calling me by my middle name with the look on her face as if she bit into a very sour lemon...(my middle name is Muhammad) she literally did a double take looked at the screen and again referred to me as "Moooohamed" I told her that's my middle name but yes that's me. The look she gave me ill never forget. Anyways ppl now a days are very critical to middle eastern named folks(not that its ok, just used to it). It gets worse I get into my room and it smells like vomit! I notice the sink has dried residue...later the drain filled with water and dried, left this residue the two days I stayed this trend repeated...the concierge said "we will look into it" that's it...ok thanks I guess! The two pics below are from the 2 days.

This was a beyond disappointing stay ... we ended up leaving early. Now with covid being present I can completely Understand reducing staff and changing how things operate but for as much as the room cost it was not worth it... we actually were supposed to stay at the another Hyatt in Denver but didn't want to chance it and changed hotels

Where to begin ....
Pros.
No resort fee
No parking fee self park available
Staff wasn't rude.
Still provided breakfast even through covid

Cons.
Crickets climbing on the walls and floors in the lobby and hallway
Elevators were scary shook and made God awful noises
Mirrors were not clean
Large gap around the door
Water in the tub upon arrival

I called the hotel on Thursday the day before my check in to see if they offered early check in. The receptionist stated I just had to call in the morning to reserve my room. I asked if they offered shuttle service from the airport to the hotel she said yes and to call in the morning to request a pick up. We arrived in Vegas at 7:30am I called the hotel at 7:47am for a pickup they said they would send someone right over to me. We waited where we were told to and at 8am the drive speed right by us and never stopped. I figured he'd be back around, nope he didn't come back. At 8:15am I called the hotel again and let them know I was still waiting for a pick up. It was the same person from my first call she said no worries he'll be there shortly just to wait. We waited till 9:15am which is when I put in another call to the hotel. This time Michelle stated no one had ever put us down to be picked up. I said so I've been waiting here for nothing. She apologized and said that she would send the drive right over and that he'd be by in about 15 minutes. 35 minutes later he did show up. We get to the hotel and I asked for early check in which they gave me. The room was clean but it only had a third of a roll of toilette paper, so I tried to call the front desk to have someone send us some more. 2 phones in our room and neither worked had to send my daughter to get us a roll. The next morning Saturday we get up and go about our day. We arrive back at the hotel at 1pm and our room was still not cleaned. I informed one of the employees in the hallway of this issue and he said someone would be over to clean the room shortly. So we decided to go hang out at the pool to give the cleaning person some time to clean it. We went back in at 330pm and the room was still not done. So I went to the front desk and asked if they could have someone clean our room. It was finally cleaned at 6pm. The next morning we get up and take our showers. One of the towels that were put on the rack of clean towels was a towel we had used the day before. My youngest daughter had red lipstick on her hand and had wiped it on the corner of the towel, same exact location and color. Wow. On Sunday morning we get up to shower and the water was ice cold, no hot water at all. The hotel staff stated they had no hot water. What? In a hotel full of guest? Not to mention that the heater in their pool was broken so that water was ice cold. We decide to hang out at the pool and we did not find any towels. Someone went to ask for more towels and was told they had no more towels available at all. No shower towels and no pool towels. Most of the staff had attitudes the whole time we were there and didn't like that we would ask for things. The only helpful people in this hotel are Michelle, Jonathan, Laura and the Hispanic male shuttle bus driver. (Sorry didn't catch his name) I would not recommend anyone staying in this place. The service and staff are horrible. Don't forget your ear plugs being that this place is so close to the airport every little while you hear the rumbling of the planes as they fly over head.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is very helpful, especially if an extra towel, etc. is needed. Breakfast is included. It is simple and the options are pretty much the same every morning. One awesome feature they have is the shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport and 4 times after 2:30 PM to Planet Hollywood. If you are looking for a nice place to stay without breaking your wallet - especially on the weekend - then this is a wonderful option.

Breakfast was awesome, lots of good fresh dishes. Room was spacious and comfortable, kinda far from the strip, walked there in like 25 minutes. They have a shuttle to Planet Hollywood that leaves every 30 minutes or so.Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Hyatt Place Las Vegas is my go to hotel off of the Las Vegas strip. I love it. The rooms are clean. I enjoy the free breakfast buffet in the mornings, the shuttle drivers are friendly they transport you to and from the Miracle Mile Shops at planet Hollywood. It's a great go to stay, and enjoy your vacation hotel off of the Las Vegas strip if that is the option you're looking for. Enjoy! CAB

Sink and bath tub didnt drain well, a lot of plugs didnt work, and we found a bag of trash that wasnt ours under the sink!! We asked the front desk to take a look at the issues and when we came back nothing improved! Front desk was friendly but that was probably the only good thing!

Very nice rooms. Large seating area and huge TV, but beds we're doubles. No view, but the rooms are nice. Free parking. Free breakfast if you join the Hyatt club. The refrigerator didn't keep our food or drinks cold. Walking distance to the Hard Rock. I'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed here many times. This staff is really nice and very knowledgeable. The food is sometimes a little traditional and boring bit it's free.

The staff gets how to listen to guests and help address their needs. We've never had a bad experience here. It's away from the casinos and really close to unlv and the airport.

The hotel was great, but the front desk girls can be SO rude. We re here for my mom to get surgery (this hotel is part of the program) and they have an attitude filling up ice? The girl who works the front w blonde hair was the only girl who s been SO NICE and compassionate. And helpful!

It is at a nice location of the strip with the Hofbrauhaus sharing the same parking lot! The rooms are nice and maintained. There is no room service to your room, but a selection of drinks and food available 24/7 at the lobby. You just have to pick it up yourself. The food is not the best, but convenient when in a hurry.

Gave away our room when we were 1 hour after check in time. We were not warned ahead of time that this would happen. They did not offer to help us find other arrangements. They just told us to google it.

Great staff. Clean. Accommodating. Comp shuttle to airport and other casinos. And the number one reason is the actual breakfast, eggs, bacon, chorizzo, fruit, oatmeal, bread and others. Oh and orange juice tased fresh squeezed. Our company will be starting here again next year.

It was ok. Inside the room was decent. Our air conditioner was mediocre at best. The second night the floor was damp from the air conditioner leaking and the front desk could care less. Air conditioning is kind of important when it's over 100 degrees at midnight.

Overall a pretty decent hotel in a pretty good location if you're looking off strip but close. Staff is really nice. Only complaint is the beds. The comforters feels so dry and starchy, definitely not comforting at all.

Water stopped working mid-trip so we couldn't shower our last day. Smelled like poo 2 of 3 days (like it smelled like a baby crapped in diapers). It was unbearable. One of us got sick. Horrendous experience. Their apology was even worse - no apology - just a justification of why it smelled so bad. Worst hotel experience ever.
