Mega prices are high for such a council, a complete disappointment! Everything is old and not tidy, unpleasant smell, no blankets, it felt like you were spending the night in a train compartment, covered with a sheet (in a double room, in the closet there is a spare blanket under which only one person can fit) Internet is hanging, there is no electric kettle, TV is not working, sponge for shoes was used before me. At breakfast there were expired children's yogurts, plastic glasses and sticks instead of teaspoons. At the request of the maid to provide an iron, she said okay and left, after 5 minutes. called the number and said that this service is paid and is not provided for personal use. The impression is terrible from the hotel.

It was only on the roof, in the middle there is a closed courtyard and the whole building overgrown with ivy, looks very nice.

Grand Hotel Ukraine is one of my favorite hotels in Dnipro. The wellness area with indoor pool and sauna is an absolute hit!

The extensive breakfast was delicious, the beds were comfortable and so were the rooms.

Hotel dated, but clean and large rooms. Good gym and relaxation area. They have a very good masseuse according to a colleague of mine. Despite this, if I come back I will try more.

An old interesting building in the center of the city and does not make it a hotel, more than 5 stars. The main central development: tsum passage, grand plaza, grand hotel, european square, varus, eva. There is a parking lot (dead end), in different directions of buses, trolley trams. The parking lot is paid on the former square. So far, the only large-scale inconvenience is metro (long-term construction). We are patiently awaiting improvement in the central part.

Elegant, spacious accommodation. One of the best hotels in Dnipropetrovsk. Positioned directly in the city center. Every room has it's own charm .

In my opinion this hotel requires renovation. I would not give it 5 stars. Breakfast is quite basic and definitely not of 5-star quality.

Very helpful staff. Front desk was very welcoming. When she heard that I had a cold, I immediately offered a thermometer and a kettle to my room. They brought the kettle when I was not there, immediately filled it with water, turned it on, put a cup and saucer on it. I was able to buy raspberry jam and herbal tea at a nearby supermarket and heal in my room. Such care is much appreciated.

The hotel is ideally located - the station is close, there are many shops and restaurants around. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Last visit I really liked the pool and spa.

We arrived late so we go to get dinner in the hotel restaurant at around 9:30 PM, and the waiter was not happy to serves us at this hour ( they close at 10PM), and she was showing us this in the way she served us. But the hotel is nice, clean, large rooms, with a chocolate piece on the pillow. Front desk personnel are very opened, English speaking. Good location.

For Dnipro, and we are residents of this city, this is the Grand Hotel Ukraine - a monument of history and architecture of the early 20th century. Outside, the building is very impressive, built in the Ukrainian Baroque style. It was always interesting, and what is behind these beautiful walls. On my wife's birthday I decided to give her a gift, booked a room for a day. Entering the hotel, we saw a beautiful, majestic hall with a snow-white front staircase, large, the same white columns, antique furniture. The hotel's interior is preserved practically in Our room consisted of a small living room, a bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The view from the window is the recently renovated pedestrian street Korolenko. In the evening, when the lights are on, it's especially beautiful. A big plus of the hotel is the sauna and swimming pool, which are included in the price. In the morning, a good European breakfast is served. The staff is very friendly, the administrator Anya, seeing our interest in the history of this building, kindly gave a tour around everyone. " secluded corners ". We left the hotel satisfied, now passing by it we will remember the interesting and informative time spent here.

I visited the hotel in May 2019 The hotel is in the city of Dnipatrovsk in Ukraine.
Very good hotel we were a couple and booked a mini suite. Reasonably sized and spacious room plus a reasonable size room. A huge bathtub.
Breakfast at the hotel was certainly reasonable not like ours in the country but fine and no claims.
The staff at all levels were excellent in every way.

There is no score between 2 and 3, so a little overstated.
Pros: location, staff, green patio.
Cons: absolutely does not match the stated price - quality. The rooms are not modern, to put it mildly. There is no air conditioning in the sets. In breakfast instead of red (stated on the site) - herring. Coffee is tasteless (not from a coffee machine).
But the plus location allows you to find delicious coffee near the hotel, even from 7:30 am.
