The hotel, the stuff and the restaurant were just perfect. But the spa itself was rather small and bit disappointing

Chic hotel with access to the baths. I discovered this place professionally and it was a pleasant discovery.

Price / performance is not right. Rooms need renovation, spa area is together with the public thermal bath. Not a grand hotel.

Came here for a weekend to visit the caves la Vallorbe because it has a thermal parc. The room was great and the restaurant was just the best

The staff at the reception is the little care, the junior suite is very pretty. The quiet plus soundproofing of the rooms are just perfect not to mention the restaurant which makes very good food. Too bad for the baths on the weekend is not recommended too many people to enjoy and relax in love must iron. It does not matter we will be back on weekdays!

Restaurant is closed for lunch, but dinner is highly recommended. Look well cooked, decoratively presented. Unfortunately the coffee machine is missing in the room, but it is clean.

Nice but efforts to do on the layout of the room, check the devices tv telephone and airlock. The restaurant is good, pity the plates are cold and dishes are ready to eat .. Do not hang out otherwise it's cold ... It lacks flat heaters or bells for plates. A very good armagnac of 1999 . Thank you

Seems slightly dated but very clean and spacious rooms, lovely L'Ocitanne bathroom articles. Breakfast looked amazing, unfortunately I had no time to enjoy it properly.

Room nicely decorated. Staff very friendly. It's a shame that the sausages, hash browns and scrambled eggs are cold in the morning buffet.

Cold reception. Not attentive to customer needs. Have not deigned to call me back for a room reservation with aperitif and aperitif dinner.

Luxury hotel buen obsolete on some points. I know that rooms are new but for my part I had an old one. It's comfortable but old. Side restaurant, the bill is very quickly salted, the food is good and in line with the prices.

I really liked the hotel, especially the ambiance. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We have used the stay including wellness. We liked it very much. Come back very happy.

Nice hotel. However, be sure to specify that you want a double bed to avoid spending a weekend in two single beds.
