Untrained staff, they confirm the booking but only verbally telling me that, given the high number of reservations due to an event, they would send me an email once the rooms have been assigned. After 3 emails and countless calls, a week after my stay, I discovered that no reservation had been registered for me ... (they always told me not to worry that everything was ok). The manager kindly (and I would say dutifully) has solved it. I arrive at this "4-star" hotel and the exterior view is horrible with disastrous facades. I enter the barracks and they tell me they have assigned me a double room. I open the old wooden door and eaten, and I'm in a hole not suitable for two people, cramped and with an unpleasant odor, not to mention the indecent cleanliness. Finally, as if the rest weren't enough, I see two walking ants on the pillow. I go down to the reception and let me know that I leave the room. I put a star for two reasons; first because I indicate the real category of this "hotel"; according to I dedicate it, seriously, to the director who in any case did his best to solve the problem of the reservation.
Absolutely not recommended, rather look around that there are excellent farms.
