I was in the area and noticing the location later I tried to book .... at the reception they answer me saying that at the moment there was no staff who knew how to give me directions because it was on lunch break and asking me to try to call back later ... I think this answer says it all !!!!

I was the first ten days of August with my family (my wife and my two children aged 6 and 17 months) super place, great location, the hotel is right in front of the beach, the two swimming pools are attached to the beach where There is also a play area for children. Entertainment for adults and children is really excellent, the restaurant is good and all the staff are really friendly and kind.

The holidays of 2014 I spent in this wonderful hotel with my family. I found cordiality, professionalism and courtesy here. Excellent entertainment and spaces suitable for children. Unexceptionable cuisine with always different and well presented menus. Good breakfast with fresh pastries. Private beach, always clean, also equipped with inflatables for the little ones. We would like to repeat this experience again this year.

The hotel offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay, the rooms are very spacious and all have a large terrace, the bathroom and shower are very large and all carefully cleaned and perfectly in order. The two swimming pools are suitable for adult customers and for younger children. The part of the beach of competence is well maintained, the umbrellas are well spaced and the sand is free of any dirt with a well-stocked play area. But the strong point remains the always courteous and professional staff as befits a large hotel, starting from the always proactive and engaging animation passing through the restaurant staff attentive to satisfy every type of request, ending with the reception that even having the possibility , allowed us to leave the room well after 10 in the morning allowing us to spend a further morning with our children and thus facilitating our departure. Last note on the cuisine with high quality dishes is very varied in both meat and fish, we greatly appreciated it not to mention our children who have always eaten with gusto.

The only sore point was the presence of an "intimate friend of the property" who, thanks to this, often took the liberty of annoying and commanding other customers, including us. An episode above all: during a dinner he pointed out, in front of the whole room, with a know-it-all and annoyed tone how much our son of only 1 YEAR could not stay at the table and how rude he was, even recommending a more severe and hard, careless attitude of a tender age and not knowing him in the least, considering also that it is no business that concerned her in the least and all this only for having dropped some crumbs and strands of dough on the floor. In all my life I have never felt more mortified than this were it not for the timely and prompt intervention of the staff, who apologizing until exhaustion for what happened and moving us to the table as far as possible, I would certainly have had a well beyond the limits of education instead of a calm and calm attitude. All this does not in any way affect our extremely positive opinion (even if it is not pleasant to realize that there are customers of series A and B) a special greeting to Daniele from the animation and Arturo from the restaurant from Andrea, Michela, giulia and the brat and rude Diego Maria who we hope will soon learn to eat according to bon ton.

Experience dating back to a few years ago. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our vacation by one week. Exceptional EVERYTHING: beach service, hygiene and cleanliness inside and outside the room, atmosphere, well-kept garden, clean the two pools, clean the beach and give an 8/10 to the sea, sandy but clean. The never boring entertainment, ranging from the baby club all day, to baby dance, to evening shows, poolside and beach dances, and, at least when I went there, they offered the aperitif game before lunch (games with motor skills, vocal etc) to those who win an aperitif of their choice, and the coffee game, quiz questions in which the one who guesses the most wins a free coffee.
There are also fields for sporting activities, such as tennis, in which I have participated and I have known and loved this sport.

Speak and understand virtually only Italian. The morning bread is under all criticism, only toast bread and rocky white soup flutes. Many strange rules. Not particularly service reminded. Pool was not clean, filled with sand. Expensive hotel, expensive to buy lunch and dinner. Not worth the price. The hotel otherwise nice.

Unprofessional hotel! after talking on the phone and immediately confirming the proposed room (I specify that during the telephone conversation I was told that you could confirm and therefore block the room by telephone) I then waited for the email to be able to then proceed to pay the deposit .. . after a few hours I get an email with the written price, room etc. and if I was interested to reply confirming the proposal made .. Shortly after I reply to the email confirming again! Reply email - we ran out of rooms .... We only missed 6 on jokes aside ... A 5 star in regards to bookings run as a guesthouse.

The structure excels for the beauty of the place, the friendliness of the owner and staff and for the excellent structure. We have worked, as an audio / video service, in this beautiful hotel with a large congress center and have all been immediately courteous and efficient in complying with our requests and those of the end customer. We were literally "pampered" by the fantastic owner who gave us even more information about her location which lends itself well to multiple events but which becomes a fantastic summer location to spend pleasant holidays as a couple, with family or in a group. It was a pleasure to work here and it will certainly be a pleasure to come back for a nice vacation

I was here for a convention of 800 people. Really big disorganization. 2 people in reception and 2 bartenders for all this amount of people. The rooms are decent pity that there was no bulb in the main floor lamp for room light. Disorganized even for the buffet dinner !!!!! SOME PEOPLE EATEN ON FOOT !!!!! INACCETTABILEEEEEEEEEEE

A relaxing week in August with a nice animation that involved us on the beach and in the theater making us forget the climate we are going through. For the 4th consecutive year we have spent our summer holidays at
grand Hotel Berti in Silvi Marina, my daughter, her husband and 7 year old daughter who live in the Netherlands, plus my wife and myself.
There must be a reason? Of course, it is great, hotel, staff, entertainment, impeccable, not to mention the large private beach of the hotel and the wonderful sea, too.
this year blue flag. We had a great time, as always, and thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. For sure we will be back again next year !!!!!!

What to say? GREAT ANIMATION! Organized like a tourist village, nothing better to relax and have fun at the same time. The Mumbo Jumbo guys are special, they always manage to involve you with warmth and kindness! Great all !!!

The animation is as spectacular as the structure. The most sought after and preferred entertainers by the boys are Jacopo (Junior-Tournamentist) and Christian (Contactist).

I spent a wonderful holiday with my lady in an elegant setting very well cared for in every detail and kept particularly well clean. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The cuisine proved to be adequate to expectations as well as the management of the beach service. The animation was particularly welcome because it was carried out with great professionalism.

I stayed last week with my daughter at the Berti hotel, I thank all the animation Mumbo Jumbo, very nice and well-trained boys and girls, the waiters staff in particular the sweet Giovanna. We will be back soon.

I was there at a union meeting and the treatment was very bad. Poor kitchen and portions. Waiters, rude almost peasants.
