Overall the property management company has been pretty good. They fix things that break right away if it's inside the apartment. Things outside the apartment aren't as well maintained though.

Never rent a property from Grand Harbor Property Management. I am saddened that I even have to give them one star because they deserve zero. I have dealt with numerous rental agencies, property owners, and management companies as a travel nurse, and have only experienced issues with Grand Harbor Property Management. Summer Gonzales, my direct contact within the company, was inconsistent, unprofessional, unresponsive, condescending, and repugnant. The manager, Dominik Wroblewski, was bitter and abusive towards me when I went to him in hopes of conflict resolution. He told me that I was not warranted to speak when trying to relay my side of a story. I am most looking forward to never being a customer of their business again, and I strongly encourage anyone else to follow my lead.

Terrible property management company. I am a rent...

Terrible property management company. I am a renter and maintenance problems take numerous requests before they are fulfilled. We made a call about active water leaks from several windows more than two weeks ago and have still not had a resolution. If you make a 2nd request (or 3rd or more) online they cancel the additional requests. If I were a landlord I'd never trust them with safeguarding my properties.

**Beware dont do business with this company for the following reasons. They will steal your application fee and never call you. I am a person of color with a 750 fico score good job. There is a lady name summer that works there and she will never give u call give u updates or anything. If u are a person of color do not send in your id picture or u wont be called. My girlfriend is hispanic and she received 1 phone call intil they found out it was both of us on application. I did my application before everyone as soon as they listed property i did application, and i just heard from a woman name SUMMER today 07/24 to say i wasnt approved because owners went with someone else. But my credit was never ran i have access to all credit buerea and not 1 single inquiry. They never called any of my references or my employment. SUMMER is very unprofessional and will never give u a call back.

I m writing this review because I just paid my rent and I m bored.

I have been living in a GH managed building for about 2 months now. I ve never actually met any of the management team in person (due to COVID-19), but my interactions with Summer Gonzales were pretty professional as far as I am concerned. She likes to use text, which I am 100% OK with for my simpler questions. I applied and moved into the unit in about a week total. As a graduate student (with no real income) and a person of color, I had been having some problems leasing a unit in the area. Especially when I brought up the dreaded term co-signer. However, no such problems with GH. Background/credit check, sign some papers, pay up. Pretty easy...

My only issue was that we requested for our sliding door to be fixed on arrival, Summer told us it would be, and it wasn t. The company uses 3rd party maintenance people so things can take a while sometimes. Also, the entire glass door needed to be custom made and there was no chance it would be fixed before we moved in. So, Summer kinda lied, but I understand. Plus it s finally getting fixed next week!

Lastly, the website is very clean and easy to use. It makes paying your rent an easier obligation. All-in-all, pretty unremarkable
management company (in a good way!). As long as my security deposit is treated fairly, this review should stand the test of time.

I have dealt with Grand Harbor Property Management...

I have dealt with Grand Harbor Property Management for many many years. People tend to forget being in property management is a tough job, constantly dealing with angry tenants who think they are the only tenants with issues. As a property owner myself, things ALWAYS go wrong with a home. It is just a reality, no home is perfect. And Grand Harbor always prioritizes and deals with issues the best they can in a timely manner. It is a lot to juggle, and again usually a pretty thankless job considering most people are calling just to complain. I give the whole team there a lot of credit and overall they do a fantastic job!
