I m writing this review because I just paid my rent and I m bored.

I have been living in a GH managed building for about 2 months now. I ve never actually met any of the management team in person (due to COVID-19), but my interactions with Summer Gonzales were pretty professional as far as I am concerned. She likes to use text, which I am 100% OK with for my simpler questions. I applied and moved into the unit in about a week total. As a graduate student (with no real income) and a person of color, I had been having some problems leasing a unit in the area. Especially when I brought up the dreaded term co-signer. However, no such problems with GH. Background/credit check, sign some papers, pay up. Pretty easy...

My only issue was that we requested for our sliding door to be fixed on arrival, Summer told us it would be, and it wasn t. The company uses 3rd party maintenance people so things can take a while sometimes. Also, the entire glass door needed to be custom made and there was no chance it would be fixed before we moved in. So, Summer kinda lied, but I understand. Plus it s finally getting fixed next week!

Lastly, the website is very clean and easy to use. It makes paying your rent an easier obligation. All-in-all, pretty unremarkable
management company (in a good way!). As long as my security deposit is treated fairly, this review should stand the test of time.
