Got an old room at the UG floor but very clean. The access to the room little bit difficult. There is no hairdryer. Wifi connection is super fast, despite my room far from receptionist area.

Really Old building. The Bed Smells, And the AC is Bad, No Glass Soundproofing so Random and loud sounds from the karaoke can just enter your room like a ghost.

And there were... ghosts
It's an old building and well there will be some still in there.

Food is Aight tho, not bad.
Even tho there's a "Hot" Mode for the Shower there is none. It's just warm.

We had a comfortable stay here and the food was nice. It's near to airport so very economical yet good. They have got some plumbing issues in the bathroom but were fixed when requested.

The place is quite okay to see the view of the city of Jogja. Another problem is that the air conditioner is less cold even though it's already in full set cold.
