Even they told us it was free and we could have an early check-in, be advised that they charge half day. They told us they gave us a free upgrade but we got the same room our other colleagues. Bed length is less than 6 feet and we tried to reach the manager and the reservation manager several times unsuccessfully. Sleeping several days with your fleet our of the bed was a very unpleasant experience. Their breakfast but it was overall a bad experience. We requested a pair of clean sheets in arrival as you could smell humidity.

Good buffet with sashimi. Look out for special offers on dining apps like eatigo. Spread is suitable for kids as well. Another plus point is that they'll cover your parking as well once you settle your bill.
The place is not too inaccessible but is near good places for food. There's a hawker centre across the road, and several chic restaurants along the Singapore river. The service staff there is friendly.
Room was big 1022, has bathtub and king size bed. Staff very nice to me.
I used it at the meeting. The facilities and services are just five stars. However, it is hard to say that access by public transport is convenient.

Hotel busy with the Long holiday. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and bed is really good that I slept really well. Breakfast the next day is crowded but food and variety is good
The room we booked for two days has a nice view. It is spacious for a couple too. Our sheets and towels are replaced daily by their room service guy who is also nice and always smiles at us. The hotel is also accessible to coffeeshops and restaurants. We are happy that we have stayed here for our anniversary.
Not enough receptionist, no staff attend me during check-in session. The whole check in progress during midnight was slow (it s takes around 20-30 minutes to done the check in session), furniture and amenities inside the hotel is quite old. Hope to see renovations in the next stay.

I stayed on 19th floor, room no 1916 for three nights on first week of June 2016.The view from my room was so beautiful. Hotel is on the river side and there are multiple restaurants very close to this hotel. I had breakfast and lunch twice in the hotel's restaurant. The food was well cooked and delicious. Staff is courteous and well behaved.
Hotel completely impersonal .... the staff is at the factory! for the breakfast it is the cafarnaeum .the check in and out is unagreable .... bad experience

Outside and front entrance is of a 5 star experience. The staff helpful when a request is put in in terms of transport and activity. Food and beer all available. Room is pretty standard with all the bits you would expect nothing special which is why it only hits the 4 out of 5 in my eyes.

I am posting this review while staying in hotel(our Room Number 1322 & 1324), we checked in on 12 th jun 2018 for 4 days , we have booked 2 rooms on first day our 1 room AC was not working we have to complaint 4 times to check and at last their engineer agreed we cant repair and there is problem in AC , at 1 clock in night they changed are room as my daughter 10 & 13 years where in room it was too much of hassle and requested to give us both room interconnected or next to each other , but manager told us you adjust for night will give you 2 rooms interconnected or together in morning , but we were given 2 rooms at 4 clock in evening, i ignored this service issue thougt being busy of holidays it could have been delayed, but too my surprise the same night i requested room service at 11: 30 pm & after 4 requests room service guy reached us after 1 hour when i asked the reason for delay , he rudely replied he was busy with other guests and i said in 500 rooms hotel you are only 1 in night service, to this he rudely replied again same thing that he was busy, i raised complaint to duty manager Mr Mark he said he will look into it and call me back in 15 minutes but no reply and same thing happened to me this morning on 14 jun , i requested for 2 cups and for the same i have to remind them thrice and got after 1 hr, then i realized its not service issue they are RACIST towards indian guests , as they give prompt services to guests of other nationality staying with them and long stay guest and guest staying in their residences floor only good location should not be counted as rating the hotel we should consider the hotels Service Standard and behaviour/ responsibility towards guest of hotel, which this hotel lacks towards its guests specially Indian guest as far as i am experiencing while staying here , i am posting this comment while staying as i am getting no reply from the hotel and may be they read and do something..

Most recently went to watch a friend do a gig at the restaurant. Has a very chill vibe. Service was good and prompt. Last year I did a staycation here with friends. Room was very clean and comfy but I took city view and the view was meh

Great position, it's a big hotel with over 500 rooms. It's a little tired in the rooms. And food is ok, prices are ok. The best thing was the view from our room on 24 floor.
It was just an event dinner but the service was not that great. Seems like that the service crew wasn't able to handle the crowd. Hope to have a better experience next time.

Sorry for my late response. I've been traveling around south east Asia for a month. Here is my experience. I stayed one night at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront.
Aircon control was very old and the degrees weren't accurate.
Room I stayed was bit old. It was still decent. Still not like what I would expect from 5* hotel.
These are the minor parts what led to my rating.
The biggest problem were your personnel. I felt like I am not wanted guest. First when arriving in cab I would expect the staff to even say hello, but no. The receptionist was the rudest I have ever experienced and didn't even smile.
I understand that I arrived late at the evening and it's okay that people might be just having long and bad day. It would be understandable for one or two people but when it was most of the staff for the whole stay it is not acceptable. During the stay only one of the staff smiled to me. With 5*rating and price like this I would expect to get even a smile, hello and goodbye.
It's only my experience and it's based to very short period of time. Might be that usually everything is okay, but for my stay the experience was definitely not a good one.
