Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore Review

Clean rooms, friendly hotel personnel & a stone's throw away from the park.

Definitely not the 5 stars they claim. Have stayed in two different rooms recently and have found them rather tired and in need of redoration. There is definitely no "free" breakfast. I was quoted $35. The public rooms are pleasant enough. I would have booked for 4 days but the price quoted for the second two was considerably more than for the first.

The services of the hotel are amazing. Great memories for the time staying here.

Great seafood selection but variety for everything else was a little lacking. Location also not that easy to find.

Check in swift and staff were helpful and services were prompt. Room is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Restaurant staff are also quick and friendly and food is amazing

Food was okay, good but nothing fantastic, service was good

CNY dinner food was great including a good variety of roast meats, seafood and including courses of salads and desserts. Live band took song requests. Was one of the better ones for dinner buffets.

Copthorne was worth the stay - Rooms very clean, location was good, checkin and out excellent, but they could update the breakfast - while adequate they have not bought themselves into the new way of doing things - fresh juices..

Interesting location facing Singapore river. Staff are warm and helpful

The property and location is lovely. A short walk to Clarke quay. Most tourist destinations are 10-15 minutes away.

Rooms are quite worn, bathroom is very small and does not look clean. But the view was great, on the 9th floor, directly overlooking Gardens by the Bay. Central location, very nice staff, great lobby and great breakfast buffet.

I am a little away from the city, but the room is large. The employees are also very kind.
I made a subway station in front of me. Include expected values that will be useful. (2017/10)

This is my second stay this year (the fifth this year).
Soon, the town will be a bit confusing at the US-North Korea summit, but it will calm down here.
If you have the time, it is recommended because you can get tired comfortably and cool in the pool of 6 Floor.
Also, if you have any problems, you can kindly tell me if you visit Takanori at the front desk. In Japanese (^-^)

This is the third time this year.
It is a hotel which does not get bored even if it comes many times.
If you walk 5 to 6 minutes north on the main road, there is a food court and supermarket in the basement, which is convenient!
By the way, it is discount product (^ ^ that supermarket has red bill attached)

Recently stayed at this hotel and pleased with overall services and staff are really friendly

The atmosphere was great and the hotels were very cozy and it's an awesome place to have a social gathering

A decent combination of business and leisure. Both the spread and quality of food is good.

Stayed twice till date and I must say that in both instances I felt warmly welcomed.
The staff remembered me and greeted me by name.
The breakfast buffet is a must have too!
I would highly recommend a stay here.

Location is too far from any mrt stations but there are dedicated bus stops around and it is located close to the city centre. Room is spacious and well equipped however the shower took very long to warm up for some reason.

Good hotel, breakfast is suitable for everyone. Bus stop is near the hotel but MRT station is very far.

Pretty good hotel, location on Robinson Quay is good. Decent conference venue but I think there are better options nearby. Was difficult to get a taxi, so many people.
