Everything goes smooth food is always serve and good hotel to stay hope I can come back.

Delicious food with outstanding service. Great place for 14th Feb. The ambiance is the cherry on the cake.

Good ambience and excellent River view from my room.

The service exceeded expectations. Our manager, Serene, always remained contactable on WhatsApp for our last minute queries. She also -allowed time and room for changes in our contract to suit our needs and wants.

Food was delectable. The-menus offered were good and the chef was receptive to food tasting reviews and feedback was taken into consideration. There were also novel items which were of good quality like the cheesecake dessert.

Good hotel. Room clean and big. I got canar with a view of the city, really cool!

Though the ambience was good but the house keeping was average. The bed sheets were stained and the dustbins were not cleared till we informed repeatedly.There was no direct number for room service ,house keeping or reception.

Great location and comfortable accommodation. The breakfast buffet was great and we had an amazing view from our room.

Will be back for sure. Lounge on 29 floor with great staff and food provided. Value for money booking an Executive room.

Prompt response to requests. Near plenty of good restaurants and bars. Slightly out of the way from the train station, but buses nearby make up for the transportation. Rooms are clean and well maintained, but a tray of unfinished food was left out by a guest in the lift lobby and was missed by the staff for a few days.

Nice and quiet place. Seems to be a preferred hotel for those coming for business.

A calm and relaxing location. Away from the crowded city centre but yet still centrally located. Nice staff around to assist you. Room a little old fashioned but equipped with all basics and is clean

Hospitality is great. Bed and shower great.Shuttle bus extremely helpful to get about.

Clean rooms which are spacious. WiFi has great connectivity at all parts of the hotel. Breakfast buffet spread is one of the best I've had so far

Food serving and ambience is good for family gathering . Servers and services are quite up to standard and efficient ! Location easy to find.

Modern lobby design though rooms need to have an overhaul. They have nice staff. Staff always present in lobby helping guests. Good selection of food for their dinner buffet with durian, value for $$. Keep up the good work!

Awesome place. Brilliant people and excellent food!!!! I was there because Singapore Airlines got delayed, though could not regret it one bit. It did delay me while I was all eager to meet Kabir, but I guess that break just was a bit too perfect to rejuvenate me.

The location of the hotel is near city area so it is convenient to get there. The room is spacious with good view of Singapore river. The service staff are polite and the food is great.

Grissini food is awesome. Service is prompt and friendly. Location is good close to various major attractions. Room needs to refresh but they are clean and comfortable

Nice hotel looks, it has aged but still works well.

For the workcation here.Book the voucher via Klook and the package title indicates that the package include complementary breakfast. But they told me the chef is not there yet and kept saying they will check; however, there was no follow up at all. I went out for my breakfast instead. As a five star hotel, I didn't expect this kind of service. For this part, I would rate here for only one star.

Great hotel on the river with friendly staff, comfy beds and an awesome buffet breakfast.

Location is central, although it is some distance away from the MRT. Went to the Capital buffet, food was good and service was decent.

Good food and good service during a wedding dinner attended.
