Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore Review

Upscale hotel in a very good location. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Everything needed, but in good condition. Staff very friendly.

Very Nice hotel, good gym and swimming pool. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel is fabulous and we had enjoyed our stay. Will be back next year for vacation

Open air environment for restuarent and buffet. Lunches are more preferable than the buffet in my opinion.

Went to the ballroom to attend a wedding. The food was really good and somewhat unique. The ballroom area was really clean and comfortable.

Value for money. Slow and stingy on dishing out tempura prawns though. I mean if you already offered it as part of the buffet menu then don't throttle the release.

Excellent hotel with excellent services, clean room and delicious food

I was at Grand Copthorne Waterfront to attend a wedding banquet. The hotel is beautiful, from the grandiosity of it's lobby, to it's beautiful toilets, clean and dry. The ballroom has a wonderful area that is behind a wall of glass, that has a decorated garden. Perfect for the theme. Food was served promptly, the servers were not tasked to portion our foods consistently, that may be due to circumstances. The experience was pleasant and the food is what would be expected from a banquet dinner. Getting home from the hotel was a pleasant walk to Clarke Quay MRT station, approximately 15 mins to walk, and you get to enjoy the view by the river. Would reccomend people to visit and try out the bars and restaurants at Grand Copthorne Waterfront.

Went there for a wedding. Overall a very nice and clean hotel. The food was only mediocre but the ambience was fantastic.

Nice place. They even give you a free phone to use during your stay.

Far away from mrt station but good for holding ballroom parties or professional events.

Attended a Dinner event. Western 4-course was served. Very good appetiser, main (cod fish) and dessert panna cotta. House red wine (merlot) was decent. Service speed could improve. Location is a little out of the way since it is not near a mrt.

Huge rooms with lots of space. Hotel may seem old on the outside but it seemed to have been recently renovated.

Visited grand copthorne about a month or 2 ago. The location was rather difficult to navigate. However the newly revamp Lobby Was MAGNIFICIENT. Services i received was great, receptionist was nice and all have that warm smile when i first came into the lobby. My dinner at GRISSINI and FOOD CAPITAL was superb and the steward does not just keeo us waiting. They will also initiate to chit chat with guest as they walk past dispite having to deal with large crowd. Overal the experience was something that i would want to revisit.

Only has 1 lift leading to carpark. Be prepared to spend at least 20mins more when leaving after a big event as the Q at the only lift is long. Plus a lot of cars jammed before the exit.

You can enjoy the kind of luxury hotel which has complete facilities. Established in the Clarke Quay area, it has many other competitor hotels but the hotel offer a nice ballroom which can be functioned as a big conference room. The foods taste is good,and they offer delicious dishes.

Arrival and check out is smooth. Breakfast spread is good but can be overcrowded at peak times. Room size is alright but clean. Will come back

English and understanding of English to offer proficient customer services is totally lacking. Hotel lobby then under renovation. Management hyper regarding security- greatly inconveniences visitors as security keys do not allow access to floors higher than allotted rooms, even if one's family members are on other floors. Location of the hotel is good- offers a scenic view across the city, especially at night. Buffet spread is lavish and multicuisine.

Every dish in the dinner buffet line wad very delicious food! Restaurant waitresses were attentive. It was Wednesday night and they had a singer to provide nice live music to accompany us for the dinner.

Was running an event, using water front ballroom. The middle projector wasnt displaying the color accurately and as the ballroom is combined of 3 rooms, they did not link up the lights control and has to run to each light control to dim/brighten the room lights

When we arrived at the hotel We took the equipment to our room. Overall, the hotel staff is not responsible and kind.
