Called with a dental emergency, new to the practice. They accommodated me immediately, 15 minutes after I called, had me in a chair and all of my issues resolved within an hour of arriving and treated me like a lifelong patient. Explained every aspect of the procedures to me very well while they happened and very good aftercare team. Actually had an issue with my prescriptions being sent to a pharmacy that happened to close early and their answering service, after hours the same day, got the medications sent to an open pharmacy!

Pleasure to become their patient.

Dr. Klein and the staff at Grand Central Oral Surgery are excellent! I have had quite a bit of work done and my experiences have been great. Dr. Klein has a great bedside manner, is a good communicator (explains all your current and future options clearly), it's easy to get in touch with him should you have any issues, the staff are always friendly and helpful, the office is really clean, his prices are comparable and explained in detail beforehand and best of all I had very little pain after my procedures.
I recommend making an appointment with him for the morning time. As with any doctor who takes emergency cases and the time to explain everything to their patients he can get a bit backed up as the day goes on.

As a General and Cosmetic dentist I see many patients who need wisdom teeth taken out, implants and other complex procedures done that require a specialist. Dr. Stephen Klein was actually highly recommended by one of my patients who had gone to him on her own.....rave reviews from her resulted in my dental practice starting to team up with Dr. Klein for all of our oral surgical needs. Every patient we have referred has returned with a stellar impression of Dr. Klein and the painless, professional, precision work he does. We are sticking with Dr. Klein......hands of gold and just a nice guy who really knows how to take care of his patients and treat them all like family.

I would have put zero stars if I could. This dentist did a permanent damage to my mouth with too much work I don t need. Guess why?! Because he wants more money! Now he sends me bills with interest rate! He charges twice for the same work. If you compare his rates with other dentists, he charges twice as much. Why did I go to him? Because I was referred. Poor reference! I wish I knew this beforehand.

Closed this week (Christmas week). Very personable over the phone.

I contacted my insurance provider, the BBB and The New York City Health Dept. about this Dentist Stephen Klein. I still have an ongoing issue that's being addressed by all the agencies listed above. I personally will never again visit this Dentisit office to have work done.
