These guys had a deal with Ryan homes to build my neighborhood. They did a lot of the asphalt, driveways, landscaping, and sidewalks and everything they touched looks horrible. Our driveways are cracking apart after 6 months, another company has a crew here now fixing the private drive, and they didn t leave a lick of top soil for the yards when they seeded and sodded. Not to mention these guys are always hogging up 140 and making it impossible to turn on 97. They work behind our neighborhood at all hours and are just an obnoxious nuisance. They are indicative of the low level of contractor that Ryan homes does business with and the main reason that when we move why we will never do business with Ryan homes or any builder that uses CJ Miller.
