Terrible Quality and even worse Customer Service! If I could put negative stars it would better suit my experience with Electrolux! We purchased a full suit of Electrolux appliances worth more than 20k - it was the full Icon series which is supposed to be their best line. Save your money our double oven is a piece of $%^& - the broil doesn't work on the top oven (it was like this from day one and we didn't make much of it since we had two ovens), the light keeps shattering in the top oven and now the oven has inconsistent heating in both units along with the temperature screen does a crazy and wonky digital number show from time to time i.e. temp numbers go up and down and never makes heat in oven. I have emailed Electrolux and tried to call them to no avail - they send me back this BS email reply about calling as it may be quicker or using the live chat (which ironically there is no live chat on their web page). We basically are sitting on a $5000 piece of garbage! I am so furious and completely disappointed with this Company and how they lack a standard for customer service. I encourage the CEO to call me directly so I can show the video we took of our oven doing this and see if they think is acceptable quality from their best line of equipment! We regret even thinking to purchase this product line! Waiting to hear from Electrolux on this but most likely that will never happen! So buyer be ware! Do your homework and look at all the ratings they are getting - poor poor poor! Electrolux you have a chance to at least save some face here and stand behind your product - so please do one thing correct and get a hold of me and stand behind your product!

Called them on Tuesday to ask for technician to come and check my washing machine that is under warranty.After explaining issue ( clothes where still inside wet and door locked). Error 11 and not able to do resetting.

Was told that technician will call me in 24 to 48 hours to MAKE appointment???
Nobody called until following Monday almost week after!!! In the mean time I found solutions myself. But what if I didn t. All my things would be mouldy including washer.

If there is Starr minus I would give it to Electrolux service. Does not matter how good appliance can be but if service is lousy like this no point of baying anything of that brand just run . Wish that I read any reviews before I bought it.
Really disappointed. No wonder there is such a low rating!

On December 15, 2020 my Frigidaire stove was on fire . Fire stared from the back panel circuit board. It melted and I smelt the burning plastic. I saw the flame through the back panel grill.

We quickly unplugged the wire and we were able to put the fire down before it burned my house.

I will NOT recommend anyone to purchase Frigidaire products.
It is completely trash.

I contacted the customer service via phone and email to report this incident but I didn't get a responsible answer. He said my stove is out of warranty and they can help me to get parts for discounted price. I told him even if it is out of warranty it should not catch fire. I m disappointed to how they are handling my case. I am reporting this incident to the gov of Canada consumer reporting site so that they can band this product. Very dangerous and high risk for catching fire and property damage.

I recently purchased a new Electrolux washer and dryer. The washer vibrates excessively when in the spin cycle - right from the first load. When I called Frigidaire(Electrolux) to inquire about the problem, I was instructed to call Commonwealth Appliance as they handle all of Electrolux's warranty inquiries. The technician showed up and started removing the panels to investigate the problem. I started a load so the technician would witness exactly what I was experiencing. As the washer entered into the spin cycle the technician clearly acknowledged that the level of vibration was not normal. He described it as "excessive" and that there was "obviously something wrong" that he could not fix no matter how many times he came back because it was something wrong with the unit. He went on to explain that no matter how many parts he replaced it would not go away. He clearly explained that this would be in the report that would be forwarded to Electrolux (Frigidaire). After following up with Electrolux, I was informed that the report said nothing about the excessive vibration and only that he witnessed no broken parts and that the machine was operating normally when he left. This is COMPLETELY different from the conversation we were having when he was in my laundry room. It appears very evident to me, and it is my opinion, that Commonwealth is acting in the best interests of the manufacturer and NOT the customer by not providing an unbiased investigation. Just to be clear and so that everyone understands, when I say excessive vibration, I can feel it vibrating the floor of my shower one floor up and at the back of the house when my laundry room is located on the main floor in the front of my house!! Always read reviews before making a product purchase and don't just believe the salesperson. Horrible experience with Electrolux and judging by the all of the negative reviews I am reading here it amazes me that Electrolux is still in business. Buyers....please beware!!!

Our washer actually causes dark spots on clothes that were not spotted going into the wash. We use a tiny amount of detergent as directed, yet the washer seems to be unable to drain completely. We use the "clean washer" cycle regularly, but suds appear when the machine should not have any detergent. Clothes come out wrinkled and the dryer often finishes with clothes damp and needing to be hung up. We bought our first washer in 1972. This 2-year old Electrolux is the first we have owned that doesn't do the job. Most Frustrating!

I bought an Ikea dishwasher that is made by Electrolux. The number I called on the manual took me to the American side. The person there took 20 minutes to enter in my information and then transferred me to the Canadian side. Here I had to start again. The Automated system with voice recognition is poor quality and frustrating to use. Then the customer service agent is not able to help me with a basic request for a plastic wheel that is falling apart on a <2 month old dishwasher!! 50 minutes later I have nothing to show for my efforts. A poorly built product with poor customer service and poor warranty. I regret my decision to buy a dishwasher from Ikea, and especially one made by Electrolux.

We have had a very negative experience with our Frigidaire fridge. It is so noisy, we have contacted Electrolux on numerous occasions. The service man they sent out agreed, it's a really noisy fridge, but meets diagnostic tests for functioning. We want to return this fridge and have had NO success. Very disappointing service from this company!

Our recent experience with the service repair team at Electrolux couldn t have gone any better. Steve was very efficient at solving our issue without any issues. We applaud Electrolux and their service department. Thank you Steve for all your help.

If somebody tries to sell you Electrolux kitchen appliances, RUN!
For starters we have an 8 yr old, 42 Icon, stainless fridge that we can t get parts for.
Customer service is virtually non existent!
I ve tried Canada and the US, same 1-800 number for both, social media contacts and friends all over both countries as well.
A lower hinge assembly is literally nowhere to be found, obsolete after 8 yrs!
Are you kidding me??
Next is our 30 stainless, Icon, slide in electric range.
The dreaded E15 code, the stove no longer works and beeps non stop! Here it sits with the breaker off, no stove or oven. Minimum of 30 days before we can get a comparable Bosch model to replace it with that overlaps over the countertops on the sides.
Faced with thousands of dollars in exploratory repairs, to try and fix it, you can t even buy another Electrolux electric range if you wanted to!
The above is always nice to find out after you ve had custom cabinetry and granite countertops built around the entire kitchen full of their, high end Icon line products.
Their ought to be a law against building junk like this!

I think the reviews already speak for themself, but I felt obligated to add mine just to stress how horrible their customer service is.

We purchased a new oven from them and it has been randomly turning itself on. This is not the issue, sometimes you get a faulty product. The issue is that when you call them, they don't answer, they just say they are unusually busy and cannot take your call. You would think if you would hire more people, or at least take messages, but no. So, we emailed and got a similar message that they are busy so expect delays. In the message, they say to try the live chat, so I did. After wasting time on this, it turns out the live chat (that they told me to try) is only available in the US....

So, we like the oven other than it being on the fritz, but the costumer service has been horrible.

Update.....as I was writing this I was on hold and finally got through. Pro tip: don't select large appliance in their menu, select all other concerns. To their credit, the customer service rep was great and they are sending a service person. That being said, for the effort it took to get a hold of them I stand by my 1 star...
