I went to the sunday jazz brunch with family. The food, decor and music was absolutely fantastic. The servers and action station cooks are very polite and excellent at their jobs, and the art gallery next to the restaurant is very interesting.

We stayed 3 nights in the king suite during Labor Day weekend. It s not really that special of a hotel and for what we paid was not worth it! Not only was the room not very clean, but we couldn t get the air-conditioner to work and when we called downstairs to get help they said on three separate occasions that they would send somebody up. At that point, I just gave up about it. Then there were times when I had to call for servic not only was the room not very clean, but we couldn t get the air-conditioner to work and when we called downstairs to get help they said on three separate occasions that they would send somebody up. At that point, I just gave up about it. Then There was more than one occasion when I had to call down to the desk in order to get more towels, blankets, pillows, etc. I would never stay at this hotel again and I urge you strongly to not stay here as well.

We made reservations for a birthday dinner a week ...

We made reservations for a birthday dinner a week prior and were told over the phone there WASNT a cake cutting fee by a female staff. We had a large party with us so we wanted to make sure we could bring a cake at no additinal cost. When we got to the restaurant, we learned different. My husband asked to speak to Rick -manager, to help us address the issue as we had been misinformed over the phone. Rick immediately questioned us and wanted to know who told us the misleading information, unfortunately we did not catch the persons name (hard to remember a name after a week) but told him it was a female and that we had made our reservation a week ago. As a manager, Rick did not wave the fee and said it was out of his hands (really?). Being a high end restaurant, all employees should be trained on giving the same information to consumers who bring large parties like ourselves. A cake fee can be meaningless but it s the customer service part that we feel Rick didn t handel correctly. Forthermore, it was a Sunday with about 5 others parties in the restaurant and the food took forever to come out. The food was good but we strongly feel the entire staff needs to be retrained, we will not be returning here again.

Let me just say that I am super impressed by the staff at this hotel, especially by the manager Samantha. She is very accommodating and is definitely the reason why I will be choosing this hotel every time I come to Orlando. The hotel is also gorgeous, elegant and classy!

Starbucks was good. There's this girl named Lakaila that works there and she is an awesome worker. I see how much she was helping everyone out. She knows what she's doing. Should really give her a raise.

Lovely hotel with lots of character, although the room I stayed in tended to be a bit dark due to lack of overhead lighting. I suppose that's the Bohemian charm! Also, the nightstands lacked outlets and charging ports, and that's a must in this day and age for connected travelers. The fitness center was adequate, as was the inviting pool. Nice facilities overall!

This is a little Jewel nestled outside the main drama of Orlando but close enough that you can walk to enjoy the outskirts without the hustle of tourists. The hotel is part of the Kessler Collection. It's theme is arts and music. Each floor has a different theme/era. They have live jazz every night, the food is very good not great. $ High

We paid a great deal of money for our room, and it was less than satisfactory. The room was acceptable; however, for the amount that we paid, it did not coincide with the room. Further, there was construction going on next door. All night long, we heard "beep, beep, beep". It was like having an alarm clock going off every 10 minutes. When we mentioned it the next morning, there was no apology, no attempt at compensating, nothing. Just blank looks.

Had a corner Jacuzzi suite. It was amazing. Some problem with housekeeping not getting the room done twice out of 3 days. We had left the room by 9 or 10 am and got back at 2 pm. The front desk took care of it to our satisfaction. We Didn't eat dinner there but breakfast was delicious

This is our go to spot whenever we are in the Orlando area. Great accommodations and amenities. The staff are very helpful, and friendly! There is a great restaurant/bar onsite with very reasonable prices. Close to business interests and far enough away from the chaos of Disney's ravenous crowds.

The attention to detail with this Hotel was incomparable to any other hotel I have ever encountered. The personalized attention that the staff gave was ever present. Beginning with the valet service, getting checked in at the front desk all the staff seemed happy and cheerful to help. The restaurant was great and so was the room service. I would not hesitate to book a room there again!

Great hotel, even better restaurant! We stayed at the hotel and it was amazing and everyone was very helpful but by far the best part of our stay was dining in the boheme. Phenomenal food and service to say the least. What a great team!

We went to the Grand Bohemian for Christmas brunch...

We went to the Grand Bohemian for Christmas brunch. The food was excellent! Especially the prime rib and seafood stations. However the service was so bad it killed the experience which we were really looking forward to. We had a reservation and it was 25 minutes over that time before we were seated. Getting servers to remove plates and refill drinks was such a problem that I cleared plates myself. I felt like it was a bother to get help. Then they put a 20% gratuity on for 4 people? Really. I can understand if it was a large party, but for 4 people it was a bit much. I think we will try a different place next year. Hopefully they will provide more servers in the future. BTW it was a buffet. Service should be easy at that level.

Having stayed at other Autograph hotels, and the other Grand Bohemian in the area, this hotel was very disappointing. It was grungy/old, seemed dirty. The platinum lounge was about the worst I've seen. Will not stay here again.

We had reservations for the weekend, however my wife came down with the flu, preventing us from being able to travel. I called 36 hours ahead of our arrival date and explained our situation. I asked if we could simply change the dates of our reservation due to my wife's illness. They said absolutely not and refused to work with us in anyway. They charged my credit card the full amount of our weekend stay without us being there.
Always loved staying here before Marriott took over.

Came to the Grand Bohemian for the weekend to celebrate my 30th birthday. I booked this hotel based on the reviews and decor and it surely did not disappoint. The staff at the check-in counter were extremely friendly and professional. They asked me questions about my stay and learned that it was my birthday. They sent us complimentary champagne and a birthday card. We loved the art all around the hotel, including inside the rooms. The bed was comfortable and everything you need is at your fingertips to make your stay extra luxurious (robes, soaps, beautiful furniture, snacks and a nice flat screen TV). I definitely recommend and looking forward to my next stay. Thank you Grand Bohemian for making this a weekend I'll never forget!
