Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando Review

I went to the restaurant during Christmas to have dinner with friends. They had a 4 course meal set up. It was delicious and I was so impressed with the lighting and atmosphere. I love their uniforms and the staff was very friendly and we appreciated being taken care of.

Interesting artwork and colourful decor make this downtown Orlando hotel a little out of the ordinary and that's a good thing. It's beautiful and extremely comfortable. A little on the pricey/high end though.

A group of us went for Sunday brunch. It's expensive, but well worth the price. A great variety of foods and drinks are included in the price. I tried everything and there wasn't anything I wouldn't eat again with great pleasure.

Waiters were professional and prompt, food was delicious- beautifully hosted event.

Beautiful hotel however if you miss your turn it take a little to get back to the hotel and the parking in the area is awful no where to park and seems like you can only valet. The room was nicely decorated and bed was extremely comfortable.

What an amazing experience. Everything was perfect. The grand entrance, the attention to detail service, well appointed rooms, the food, (oh my goodness the food!) was second to none. I have stayed all over Orlando, this was by far my favorite place away from the touristy area...Wonderful!

I don t know how come I didn t review my favorite restaurant before but it s never too late , I have been coming here for 4 years and having lunch with friends and clients and never got disappointed . Their Mediterranean salmon is my all time favorite along with their lamb burger and Moroccan calamari. Great service and very classy all comes with reasonable prices .

Beautiful Hotel in downtown Orlando with a great staff.

Hotel is nice but the internet speed in the room is unacceptable if you need to do work.... and forget trying to stream netflix or anything else. Called front desk to see if I could upgrade the speed and she said they only have one internet option and that it's a constant complaint. Really unbelievable in 2019.

Had a great day at the spa and at the pool afterwards. Very friendly staff ensured I was more than well taken care of.

Gorgeous, centrally located, next door to the Dr Phillips Performing Arts, fantastic hotel, lounge and restaurant. Don't miss this when traveling or staying in or near downtown Orlando!

Front desk put me in the wrong room then charged me for my service animal, not a very good listener. The manager fixed the situation, much appreciated. The hotel itself is a must see and the beds were top notch!

We had a lovely lunch at The Boheme between Mediterranean Salmon (light and flavorful) and the juicy Cambozola and Nueske Bacon Burger (tender, savory and satisfying). Cocktails were balanced and pleasing to the palate. Afterwards, we enjoyed a massage at the Poseidon Spa - a great experience all around.

This was one of our favorite places to stay in Florida! The Brunch had the most incredible array of decadent choices, it was a feast for the palette, the eyes, and with the grand piano and jazz accompaniment- the ears too!! The art gallery had beautiful jewelry and artwork that I was lucky enough to have received some pieces from my husband while we were there. The spa was amazing and the cigar bar down the street was an unexpected gem! Also, the rooftop pool was refreshing and relaxing! Will definitely be staying there again soon!

Way overpriced. It is nice, but no talk of hotel experience will convince me that the prices there are real. But if you want to throw $100+ per person on a very average dinner - who am I to judge?

Amazing hotel, but there is a gross smell everywhere you go. The bar smells gross, the lobby smells bad, the hallways on the floors smell like steak. It's really odd. Rooftop bar is awesome. Rooms are beautiful.

Stayed as a wedding gift 19 years ago. Visited the other night and still a beautiful hotel. Dissappointed that the pool was closed for a private event but we enjoyed DT Orlando for a bit in stead. Brunch was amazing! Better go hungry for sure!

Great atmosphere, staff, and drinks! The location is great and definitely a good stay for the price. However, you are staying in the center of downtown, lots of noise no matter the hour. The restaurant menu is lacking.... not many options and the food isn t the best, but the servers are great. Overall our experience was very enjoyable.

Meeting held there and the valets and restaurant staff made my experience wonderful.

DO NOT GO IN THE JACUZZI! I made that mistake and the smell made me nauseous. I don t know when the last time they cleaned it was. I dried off and the smell of the towels filled my entire room. I had to call room service to take them away. Couldn t get the smell off my clothes had to throw it away. Sad because otherwise would have been a decent stay

Great hotel filled with armed and the bar/restaurant has fabulous carpaccio.

Great location downtown Orlando, walking distance to the occasional block parties.

I was staying for a short time. Overall it was nice.

Such a great hotel, great location and very nice amenities. The pool and rooftop area is very nice. The rooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms. I love the robes they include in each room for your use while you're there. It's definitely a taste of luxury for not so insane of a price, especially when you consider the location and walkability.

This review is for the Mother's Day Brunch buffet. Our reservation was for 1pm. We arrived at 1pm and were not seated until 130! The quality of the food.... The worst ever and my family has been here several times over the years!! The waffles were cold and like wet sponges. The spaetzle...left much to be desired. The desserts.... Absolutely nothing special. The fruits... Very poor quality berries. The Mac and cheese.... Swimming in grease! Scrambled eggs... Tasted like powdered eggs. Service... Terrible. Had to clear our table ourselves several times. And at the end of the worst brunch ever and we wanted to leave... We had to wait 40 minutes for our check because we were told the system was down. So disappointed that this was sooooo bad. Not the experience I wanted for my mother on Mother's Day. We will NEVER be back for brunch again.

Would give it a zero stars if it was possible, look at all of the 1 star reviews. Rooms are dark and dingey. House keeping flips a coin to see if your room is cleaned that day. Gym looks like it has never been cleaned, equipment is More

Loved the decor! Very upscale and luxurious. Not a smoking friendly hotel.

Valet parking made everything very easy and efficient. The staff was very accommodating and even fit us in for dinner on a busy Friday night. Beautiful hotel with a professional staff.

Don t stay here house keeping steals expensive items. Spoke with management and they refused to do anything about it! If you stay here lock your valuables! Numerous other people in our party had things stolen so it s not an isolated incident!

This is our go to spot whenever we are in the Orlando area. Great accommodations and amenities. The staff are very helpful, and friendly! There is a great restaurant/bar onsite with very reasonable prices. Close to business interests and far enough away from the chaos of Disney's ravenous crowds.

My review is actually about the restaurant for the hotel. I made an online reservation for a Mother s Day brunch, unbeknownst to me there were 2 different rooms for Mothers Day brunch. I called in to confirm my reservation expecting to be in the area where the buffet brunch is provided, and spoke with Katie. Katie informed me that my reservation was not for the Mother s Day brunch buffet. I informed Katie that my party and I were expecting to have the brunch buffet. The brunch buffet was completely booked at the time of me confirming my reservation, but Katie went above and beyond to satisfy me to get my party and I a spot at for the Mother s Day brunch buffet. This will be my 2nd time at The Grand Bohemian and I will return after this just because they love to make their guest happy by any means necessary. So once again Thank You Katie for your exceptional work! It honestly means a lot

Upscale restaurant with friendly servers and great service. The have a really nice wine list. Nice place for a date. The steak is fantastic. The deserts are amazing.

We stayed in the jacuzzi suite. The room was nicely furnished, with a giant luxury bath we took full advantage of. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, downtown.

Only ever stop by the Starbucks, but it's great for meeting with government officials about security clearance for friends and grabbing some quick caffeine.

If I could rate this place 0 stars, that would be more appropriate. Don t count on having a place to stay when you book here. We booked 2 months in advance for a trip. We were told that our booking was confirmed and we were good to go. Traveling with 5 children, just hours before our check in, we recieved a phone call stating that we no longer had a room. They cancelled our reservations and had already over booked so we needed to find a place to stay, elsewhere. Their reason for canceling our reservation??? They claimed that we were using a fraudulent card for booking! I will go ahead and state that our card was 100% not fraudulent and had the appropriate funds to cover our trip. But that aside, when booking, the website states that the card being used to make our reservation WILL NOT be ran. It says that we would be charged upon checking into the hotel. So their reasoning did not add up. The manager was terrible and never once apologized. Just left us feeling completely helpless. Tried to contact their corporate and recieved an automated response, saying they ll get back with me later. After finally finding another place to acomidate us, we were told by our new resort that it is a common accurance. And that they have heard the same stories before from other travelers. Other travelers that had to go through same stressful ordeal of searching, last minute for a place to stay because the Bohemian over books and leaves people stranded. My advice... DONT CHANCE IT.

Yes, I got it. You hate vegetarians! Argh, not matter my $300+ wine/cocktails bill, you still couldn't show the vegetarians on the table a proper dinner. Seasonal veg? Whose season? Not Florida. Why?

The hotel was very clean. The whole family loves visiting the autograph collection due to each hotel's different personality. My only complaint would be the awkwardness of the valet parking. The staff was great, but the space is a little small for checking in. We arrived late at night, but there really wasn't much room for more than 3 cars. Everything else was awesome!!!

While I was only here for one night, I really enjoyed the decor and amenities of this hotel. The art and furniture were a cool touch from your normal hotel. There is also a Starbucks!
