Outstanding Customer Service! Called on a Monday morning about the truck I wanted, had everything pretty sealed up before I even made the hour drive to pickup the truck. Got a great deal on the truck and my trade in! I will DEFINITELY refer friends and family to Graham Ford and plan on making another trip down for a new ride for my wife.
Graham Always does a good job on my Sonata but wait times are sometimes excessive. Nice clean waiting room with charging ports and tables if you want to sit. TVs in sitting area but usually on something boring and unable to change station. Staff are always super friendly. They used to have coffee but I think Covid ruined that for everyone. Restrooms are clean.

I test drove a white 2015 dodge grand caravan. It's had a backyard body repair on the front right corner, leaking oil around valve covers, and not a drop of oil could be found on the dip stick. Probably has major engine problems. I was it's the best they had. I guess they are another JD Byrider.
I had a really great service experience today. I own a 2017 Explorer I bought from Donley in Mt. Vernon and have had terrible service experiences specifically over the last year. I finally got fed up and had my first oil change at Graham today and Brian at the counter couldn't have been more courteous and thoughtful throughout the visit. Everyone behind the counter was just great. Asked if I wanted some drinks to take over to the lounge, had wifi to work. Promised me when my vehicle would be done and it actually was and omg they washed it too! Couldn't be more 180 from Donley. I literally was to the point where I just thought Ford was doing that to all their dealers and they must all be horrible now. No in fact it's just Donley. So glad I found Graham and I'll be brining in my F-150 on Friday for regular service too. Couldn't be more pleased. Keep it up and I might get to keep blue ovals in my stable!

Can not say enough positive things about this dealership. Traveling across the state and our Ford Expidition starting acting up. If this was our local dealership, we would have never even got an assessment of the problem on the same day! The guys at Graham hooked us up to diagnostics ASAP!! It didn't look promising at first and we thought we would probably have to spend the night in Mansfield. In less than two hours we were back on the road!!! Wow! They even tolerated our 2 frisky dogs who were traveling with us.
Everyone was very friendly and down to earth. There was no pressure from the sales team. It was a great experience!
