Great dealership experience. Very clean and great sales and service. Well worth the 6 hour drive to get what we were looking for. Internet advertising was spot on what we saw when we arrived! Arnol was a pleasure to work with!

Scheduled oil change took 3 hours and my tire pressure AND coolant was low the next day.. also while checking that low tire noticed the sensors were flip flopped so my rear sensors were showing the pressure on the front. Called to complain and they never called back. Never going back

What a pleasant experience in buying a new vehicle. My salesperson, Brittany Sheets, was so helpful and thoughtful. She made buying easy and explained all the bells and whistles on my new Acadia Denali. Thanks Brittany.

I've updated this review after receiving my car back. I've historically had good experiences at Beaman Buick service. But my experience in July 2020 wasn't up to par. The shop cancelled a scheduled pick-up the morning of my appointment, so I had to scramble to figure out how to transport my car to the shop. Once the car was dropped off (I had to have it towed in), I was promised certain repairs would be completed within a day or two, and they weren't.
The most frustrating part was that I wasn't provided regular updates about the status of my car. That's especially frustrating given that I had to re-arrange my schedule for however long my car was in their shop. When I called the shop myself, I was put on hold for anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes. Some questions that I asked one of the assistant managers (about how much my repairs will cost, or why I'm being charged for parts and repairs that do not seem to work) required that they put me on hold again to find the answer. And sometimes whomever was managing at the time simply didn't know the status of my job. Communication and record keeping in the shop seemed lacking.
Ultimately, I did get the car back in working order, albeit days later than expected. As I mentioned, most of my experiences at this shop have been very good. So, I'm hoping this one was just an aberration and not a sign of how things are now.

Newman customer service is terrible. I m not sure if it s an incompetence thing, or simply a willful incompetence, but I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The head of the service department has a complex which makes for a terrible customer service experience, but I guess that s what his GED training has encouraged him to do.
