I had a really great service experience today. I own a 2017 Explorer I bought from Donley in Mt. Vernon and have had terrible service experiences specifically over the last year. I finally got fed up and had my first oil change at Graham today and Brian at the counter couldn't have been more courteous and thoughtful throughout the visit. Everyone behind the counter was just great. Asked if I wanted some drinks to take over to the lounge, had wifi to work. Promised me when my vehicle would be done and it actually was and omg they washed it too! Couldn't be more 180 from Donley. I literally was to the point where I just thought Ford was doing that to all their dealers and they must all be horrible now. No in fact it's just Donley. So glad I found Graham and I'll be brining in my F-150 on Friday for regular service too. Couldn't be more pleased. Keep it up and I might get to keep blue ovals in my stable!
