My windows were installed by the three stooges. Three windows had to be taken out and replaced because they were installed crooked. The installer’s cut through my alarm cables which had to be repaired by alarm company. They knocked over my TV in bedroom and broke it. When I was in my backyard during installation one of the old windows was thrown from the bathroom into the backyard missing me by inches. French doors hinge faulty they told me it’s normal I got a second opinion and I was told I am been lied to. I wouldn’t trust this company they are very dishonest. No comeback no customer service👎.

I'm not normally one to post reviews but I thought it would only be fair to Gradys to do so. Their after sales and follow up service has been really excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone

avoid. windows put in my house started getting condensation between panes in short space of time. seals not put in correctly and in case of front door, seal was put in wrong way round. refused to apologise or give explanation for same. poor customer service.

Just recently upgraded my window to treble glazing, I contacted Grady joinery and from day 1 the process went very smoothly. From dealing with Mathew & Adrian to get the job specifications on paper & Onsite we had Martin & Andy excellent fitters & provided a very professional finish .

Very good place to get good quality windows and doors

Nice big place. Need better signs to find this place.

Avoid. Have the windows 10 years and they all have to be replaced. They called out a few times but didn't do much. The quality of the fitting is just as much responsible for the issues we have as the poor build quality of the window, My neighbour also had windows fitted by them and they too has had to replace them all.

Disappointed with them as I rang first for information to which they gave me the impression they fixed windows. When I drove 30k round trip to them with the window panel to fix the glass they THEN informed me they dont fix them anymore.

I contacted Grady Joinery to arrange a service of my windows (which were originally supplied and fitted by Gradys) but I was advised that due to the age of the windows being over 10 years, they "did not have the capacity to do call outs on windows of that age"! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

AVOID. We bought a brand new house last year and all the windows and doors are from this Joinery. We have had endless problems with the windows. They are stiff to open and close and in one case there was terrible problems closing it. The front door is also stiff and difficult to close.

We have contacted the Joinery numerous times over a period of 2 month without any successful resolution. The customer service is appalling. And we are not happy at all with it. We will be steering all our friends who are renovating or buying homes away from any from this company. Extremely disappointed.

Just a quick word of praise for the Service Engineer from Grady Joinery who called today to fix an issue we had with our door & windows. He was quick, efficient, tidy & very professional. A real credit to the company. Well done!

Hard work for least money they can pay. Also "supervisors" were incompetent and abusive. Review from a former employee perspective. Stay away!

Excellent product, I got 20 windows and 3 doors including large sliding door from them last year. Very professional, straight forward to deal with, and importantly great after sales services. They called twice afterwards to fix snag items, one caused by the builder. There windows are top notch, they keep their word too they arrive when they say they will and did an excellent job on site, very tidy and efficant. delighted overall.

So disappointed with this company. I rang almost three weeks ago looking for an approximate price for a back door. The lady insisted on taking all my details, name, address, email address and phone number to put me on the "System". She then told me somebody would ring me back with a price. By that evening I had heard nothing back so rang again and left a message on the answering machine requesting a call back. I rang again the following Tuesday as nobody bothered to ring me. The lady on the other end of the phone took my name and number again and said somebody "Might" ring me that week if they had time. I pointed out that i was only looking for a price on a standard size back door! How much "time" is needed to look up a price and ring a potential client back?Needless to say I am still waiting for someone to call back with a price. Their main competitor in this area rang me back the same day with a quote over the phone. If Grady Joinery treat potential customers this badly I would think twice before buying anything from them as customer care and courtesy does not seem to be high on their priority list. I had to click on a star rating in order to be allowed post this, but I give them no stars whatsoever.
