Cantata Adult Life Services Review

Cantata does a great job getting their residents involved with the residents they live with. Cantata does a Chef's demo where the Chef shows the residents how to make a certain food. I have a 50 year old recipe on how to make apple pie slices. The chef let me take over his demo and show the residents how to make my apple pie slices. I had a great time and enjoyed bonding with the people I live with!

I enjoy living Cantata's Independent Living Building, because I enjoy having several residents to talk to every day. I have made some great friends living at Cantata! I enjoy the Bocce Ball, the Parties, and Jeff and Cheryle are a very helpful staff!

I love living at Cantata, because of the friendly atmosphere and the residents are always available to talk to every day. My apartment is perfect!
Cantata throws great parties and has excellent entertainment that perform all kinds of music!

I live at Cantata, and they are doing a great job keeping us safe from the Virus. They are taking several precautions and measures to protect us! I feel safe and appreciate everything Cantata is doing!

Looking for a nice and safe place for my mom was a task . Taking her out of her home of thirty years was the hardest thing I have ever done. We had went on 2 or three tours of different facilities . I was at my wits end because I was not finding what I was looking for . When we got to Cantata it was so refreshing everyone was so nice it was so clean, their hospitality was awesome I felt like I was at my grandmas house , they even served us lunch . Before the tour was over she knew she was home . The staff welcomed my mom and she has never looked back . So Mom has been at Cantata now for 6 months and doing wonderful, but we had a situation that came up and I needed the staff to help me because I live in Indianapolis In . I was so pleased with how fast they got on top on top of the situation . Parenting a parent is the hardest thing I have ever done with the people and the staff at Cantata made it so much easier, Jeff , Cheryle and Mike have been just wonderful. So glad my mom is here . Thank you again . This daughter is sleeping well now , knowing my mom is safe .

The staff at Cantata go above and beyond! Housekeeping is very courteous and respectful. The daily activities are extraordinary! When my family visited, the staff made them feel very comfortable. I'm very happy I choose to live at Cantata!

I had an amazing Mother's Day at Cantata! Watching my family drive around my apartment, and yelling Happy Mother's day to me while I was in my Apartment window was an awesome experience! I could communicate, share our love, and feel close to my family! Thank you to Cheryle for always going above and beyond for the residents and this event was extraordinary!

I am related to and oversee the care of one of Cantata s independent living residents. With that comes the responsibility to visit often and to keep in touch with the staff.

I have nothing but praise for the entire Cantata staff.

They were great before but they have exceeded my expectations during this pandemic. I ve spoken with so many of them, either they call me or I ve called them to get updates, and yes, even with the CEO, on a Sunday! There has been excellent communication .

I believe the safety and well-being of their residents and staff has been their top priority. From virus testing (often), to daily temperature taking, meal delivery, scheduling laundry, mail/package delivery, groceries/prescriptions, just to name some of the areas where protocols had to be put in place.

For Mother s day, I visited from the street, seeing and waving up to the window and talking by cell phone. With the warmer weather and in time for Father s day, this week, Cantata offered in-person outdoor visits. From a reservation, then a sign in at the security checkpoint, to your designated meeting/seating area, of course with social distancing, all wearing masks, it became a wonderful reality.

Cantata has taken great care of my parents in Assisted Living at The Woodlands. The staff is kind, friendly, thoughtful, caring and competent.

I like the Independent living at Cantata, because of the great atmosphere, people I live with, and the staff. I like to shop, and Cantata takes us shopping 4 days a week, and we go to several different places to shop. Cantata throws excellent parties with great live entertainers.

Best retirement home ever. Does my Grandfather well

We moved my Mother in to Cantata about a year ago. The transition was very smooth. The staff was very helpful in getting her settled in to her new home. Since then they have become part of our family. After moving in my mother has become very active with the activities offered at Wye Valley. There are a variety of things for her to do or not do as she feels like it. It was very easy for her to see a Dentist and Optometrist since they come right to the facility. Cantata at home has been great about getting my Mother to her Drs. appointments and she enjoys their company. I am very grateful that it has been such a great move for my Mother and would recommend them to anyone looking for a home for their loved one.

Particularly in these difficult times, the staff at Cantata have done an amazing job keeping our loved ones safe and healthy. Their residents' well-being is clearly their top priority!

Jeff and Cheryle are always there for us. The residents help each other out all the time. I had some trouble making my bed the other day, and 3 residents came in my room and helped me. I love Mondays because we play Keno and drink wine! Great place to live!

10 stars!!! I can not speak highly enough of the management, nurses and aides that helped our family with my mother's care. From start to finish they were helpful, compassionate and professional. Even during these trying times of a pandemic we were confident in the care our mother received. I highly recommend Cantata Adult Life Services.

I had to get a lab test, but I didn't want to go out in the public to get one. Cantata made all the arrangements and it was very convenient! I didn't even have to get out of my apartment! I also liked that the doctor called my daughter with the results.

I love living at Cantata, because I have gained some great friendships with some of the residents. I love the scenery around campus when I go on my bike rides. There are so many flowers and sometimes I see deer walking around. I like having Jeff at the front desk, because I know he will help me with anything I need. Cantata does a great job keeping my apartment clean and the whole building clean. Cantata has great transportation. They take us shopping 4 days a week and to church every Saturday.

They treat you like family here. This place is been around for a while and no one has the British Home. They have changed their name to Cantata.

My company has been working with Cantata for years and we have nothing but great things to say about all of the staff and services they provide, both in-home and at the physical location. They are very responsive and always seem to go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend!

Currently I am my mother's caregiver. We continually attend the morning breakfast meeting at Cantata where we learn more about their services. They just offer to much for one setting. Mom and I ask ourselves do we need to go into independent living when she can no longer be independent on her own? Will I be able to remain as her caregiver? Mom remains independent with me dropping in to do the same services Cantata offers. Right now it's not a problem but what if I was to not be available? Cantata is a great resource for us. They let us know what are options may be. We have met with Lisa and visited the independent living apartments who was very helpful in discussing our options. We also attend their Breakfast meeting which are very informative. Cantata has a beautiful woodsy setting to it with a trail right behind the facility. Cantata is a wonderful place to connect with nature. Services at Cantata are tailored to the individual. I cannot think of one thing they need to add to their services. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful.

I love the food an Cantata! Great presentation and variety! I enjoy their themed meals like Spanish, German, and Italian! I also like that the cook asks the residents what we like to eat!

Overall very good but we went to visit a friend for dinner in their dining room and the food was below average and served late

I live at the independent living building. I really enjoy the activities and the social life at Cantata! I enjoy the book club with the Librarian from the Brookfield library! I enjoy singing at the sing-a-long with my friends! I enjoy bowling with my friends! I really enjoy playing games with the high school kids from Riverside Brookfield once a week!

My mom is in assisted living at Cantata. She moved in during the pandemic. The staff has done their darnedest to see that she is well taken care of. They have hallway activities, like bingo and trivia, the food is varied (the fruit fresh, and always dessert!), and under the severe restrictions of COVID, she isn't depressed or neglected.

We can't wait to see what life will be like for her, with the regular activity schedule, and trips to shop, etc, when the plague is over.

I don't worry about her safety there at all. Thanks to Kathy the director, and the aides and staffs and cooks and waitstaff whose names I don't know yet, who are kind, patient, cheerful and hard-working!!!

Terrible place. Do not send patients for rehab here. Patient had a trach and the RT did not sanitary clean it!! If anyone should know how to properly clean it, it s an RT! The entire staff seemed disorganized. Hand write records

Worst rehab center in the area. Been to Plymouth place, Lexington , etc. All much better. If you want to save your loved ones life. Do not send here.

Cantata has been especially great since this pandemic began. They've accommodated staff who can work remotely & reward direct and support care staff on campus. They've been really good about offering paid time off & keeping everyone safe!

The staff is fantastic! Jeff listens and Cheryl helps us enjoy our time here. A great place to be. We have fun and enjoy seniorhood.

I love living at Cantata, because the staff is excellent, it's very clean, the food is great, and the residents I live with are very nice to talk to everyday!

I love living at Cantata because there is always another resident to talk to, because we have so much in common. I love my beautiful apartment. I love how my family can drop by anytime they want. The staff is outstanding and very accommodating. My favorite place is the cafe, because there are activities everyday!

Cantata is a perfect fit for me, because it allows for a leisurely life! The meals are tasty, the residents love to socialize, and the staff is outstanding!

I'm a resident at Cantata's Independent Living Building. I really enjoy living with the very friendly residents. Jeff and Cheyle are good workers that help us everyday. I enjoy playing poker and Bingo once a week. I also enjoy the weekly sing-a-long and I enjoy volunteering for Cantata. It's a great place to live!
