Over time, they do not appreciate their employees, nor do they care when employees get stressed, even when expressed in a professional way. Employee turnover is also constant.
update to the comment from owner- my name is not Stephen, I have updated my google page. I'm sure you can find that I was an employee for over a year. I stand by my review, I had to recover mentally and physically for a while after working here.
The previous review is correct. My opinion is they neither care about nor respect their employees in that classic sweat shop. Ask around - many designers in town have left there to pursue better opportunities.
Great place! the customers are always satisfied with their product as well as the process to get there. That's all thanks to the hard work that GHA's staff undergoes to get the job done.
Have partnered with GHC on multiple projects, with us coming in as a national firm. Fun, great team and leadership. When I'm in Baton Rouge it's a place I consider home.
