Ansich a big decent workshop. But the friendliness of some "clerk" under all cannon. Threefold amount of repair, they demand, which is definitely not justified. A non-Jeep garage will repair in at least half the time! and otherwise we pay less than half where else. Very special

Even after 5 years you will be recognized as a (former) customer. Pleasant ambience, coffee and mineral as well as current newspapers gives the possibility to stay.

I can not say much about the workshop, but I think trying to maintain the same high level of sales as there.

Saturday noon, sales are open. I would have needed a low beam 9006XS (HB4A) because the periodic inspection is due on Monday morning and this lamp broke just on Saturday. Unfortunately I did not receive this lamp because the spare parts store was closed. You couldn't do anything about it ... I'm thinking of it.

In principle a good place. They make an effort, very friendly, accommodating. Unfortunately, it hapert over and over again with the communication. Better ask 2x, and ask different people. Also check in during a wait. Whether on a new car or a repair.

This company is not professional at all, as a customer I am so disappointed. As you say so nice, fix the outside and nothing inside.
I had several errors on the on-board computer over and over again, but this garage just was not up to fix this bug.
But now comes the summit, when I wanted to pick up my car the clerk insisted that I have to pay the costs in cash. Now hold on, the costs amounted to over 1500.- CHF, asked the clerk how I 1500.- CHF in cash to settle, he had zero understanding. The answer was, our bookkeeping has classified you as cash without informing me. A company that does not issue invoices and treat the customer like that, no thanks! Then someone should tell me that this is professional. Well, one thing I can say is that as a customer they have LOST.
