Scott Elliott was awesome. Installed 200 amp breaker in rain.. Soaking wet. He was relentless. So pleasant and extremely professional. Truly dedicated to customer satisfaction. He is a Master Electrician . Other team members I applaud is Rebecca and Joe. Joe was also pleasant and got moving quickly to get my project done. They employ some of the most knowledgeable and skilled technicians in the trade. Most of their employees as a whole are phenomenal. Certain supervisors need additional training on how to speak to other employees. That s my only complaint with this business.

They came to fix our main sewage pipe and did a wonderful job. We were sure it was going to be expensive because of their quality and reputation but it was cheaper than any other place that quoted us. The man that did it was amazing with my daughter to and was very patient on how curious she was which I greatly appreciate

I give this reputable company a three star simply because I'm giving the technician the benefit of the doubt. I refrain from listing the particular technician's name because it's not necessary or professional. However, he was nice and cordial. The amount of the service call and diagnosis of the kitchen equipment exceeded $300.00 for 2hrs without correcting my HVAC issues. According to the problem resolution one of the cooler issues was a compressor being seized, tried a hard start to break it free but it will need to be replaced. On the other cooler being serviced the solution according to the problem resolution report was that the compressor would need to be replaced. After reaching out to a local HVAC repairman for a second opinion, he was able to get the one reach in cooler operational within minutes, that was suppose to need a compressor replacement according to the Goyette technician. In addition, the diagnosis was correct concerning the second cooler needing compressor replacement. Also, I noticed that an additional cooler that was operating effectively before the Goyette technician arrived was working properly, but now it is not! Go figure. Application: I'm not totally convinced with the service rendered. I'm only stating an experience that I encountered.
