I give this reputable company a three star simply because I'm giving the technician the benefit of the doubt. I refrain from listing the particular technician's name because it's not necessary or professional. However, he was nice and cordial. The amount of the service call and diagnosis of the kitchen equipment exceeded $300.00 for 2hrs without correcting my HVAC issues. According to the problem resolution one of the cooler issues was a compressor being seized, tried a hard start to break it free but it will need to be replaced. On the other cooler being serviced the solution according to the problem resolution report was that the compressor would need to be replaced. After reaching out to a local HVAC repairman for a second opinion, he was able to get the one reach in cooler operational within minutes, that was suppose to need a compressor replacement according to the Goyette technician. In addition, the diagnosis was correct concerning the second cooler needing compressor replacement. Also, I noticed that an additional cooler that was operating effectively before the Goyette technician arrived was working properly, but now it is not! Go figure. Application: I'm not totally convinced with the service rendered. I'm only stating an experience that I encountered.
