This company provided me with a service last year, even though I have provided proof of TRICARE coverage this company ignored each time I sent proof of coverage and sent my account to a collection agency. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Edit: This company will purposely lie on their bills about the services they provide for you and they get away with it. They said that they provided me with a wheelchair that never happened.

I called at 5:45pm to ask for a pickup. 30 minutes later no response and dispatch blew me off. 45 minutes later, I asked where was I on the list they were compiling. Again dispatch blew me off. I transported my friend to University myself. Took me 10 min. No ambulances in sight near or at the hospital.

The EMS workers were great. The billing department is horrible. We had covered service and they refuse to bill it correctly to our insurance for months now, despite constant calls. They have been a nightmare to work with. Their billing department has been so rude. It's unbelievable.

Very thankful for the quick, professional and compassionate care that is always exhibited by the paramedics/EMTs that assist our residents at The Claiborne. Cudos to John Smith for always being responsive. We appreciate all that the Gold Cross staff does!

Highway robbery prices for the service that I received. Over $1300 for them to not even clean my wound. All they did was wrap it, poorly, I might add and check my blood pressure on the way to the hospital. And that s not all. They proceeded to take the longest route to maximize the amount of money they could squeeze out of the call. Just because I m in the back of an ambulance doesn t mean I don t know where I m at and what roads we re taking. Terrible, greedy company. They ll be a last resort from here on out.

I got violently sick while pregnant and since I suffered several miscarriages before, I wanted to get to the hospital quickly. 25 minutes later two men came. One was nice enough and the other acted like I was being a drama queen. He was trying to discourage me from going in the ambulance. Mind you, I was vomiting blood and experiencing such bad cramps I couldn t walk. Today I got a bill for 1225 which I shouldn t have gotten since I have insurance. Especially with the bedside manner I experienced, I wouldn t even pay $100.

Just watched Georgia Constitution media video from two weeks ago! Absolutely atrocious behavior by gold cross ems employee at the circle k! Unacceptable speech and behavior! Extremely offended by this employee! Gross contempt of the public by a supposed public employee, who is in a position to help and support the public! I certainly hope the company fires this gross example of a public servant!

Absolutely horrible experience for my 78 year old father. My dad was having back pain and confusion. The paramedics were not gentle with him. They put him on a stretcher and rolled him across the yard to the ambulance with my dad screaming in pain the whole way. During the ambulance ride, the stretcher was not secured, so every time the ambulance would stop or go, the stretcher would roll and hit the wall of the ambulance. No one rode in the back with my dad. The paramedics were very rude and unsympathetic. We complained to the company. They called my mom and claimed they had the paramedic on the phone to apologize. My mom doesn't believe it was one of the paramedics that came to her house. This company sucks in every way.
