This place is close enough to a scam. They run extremely poor courses and are clearly happy to push people through without actually teaching them anything so that they can stack as many numbers as they can. The management that I dealt with were completely unhelpful. If you want to do a short course do not waste your time and money here. Go and find an organisation that is likely to actually care about the education that they are supposed to be providing you.
I did a course as a work for the dole supplement, I was surrounded by Salvation Army workers and staff, A McEvoy was the trainers name even did a little cash in hand work, and i still failed, even after doing all of the practical exams - completing all of the text and an attendance rate of 96.8% It really broke my heart. Then when i contacted the business a few months ago, for a copy of my student results, Nothing. So im not sure what to think. Except move on...
I did the Certificate 4 in hospitality and frontline management here and it was a joke. It was a rushed course that was executed extremely poorly by an organisation that clearly prioritised profit over quality teaching and education. I would not recommend this organisation to anyone, and if I could rate them lower than one star, I would.
