I did the Certificate 4 in hospitality and frontline management here and it was a joke. It was a rushed course that was executed extremely poorly by an organisation that clearly prioritised profit over quality teaching and education. I would not recommend this organisation to anyone, and if I could rate them lower than one star, I would.
