Service Driver has been great, however they will not honor the price on the contract, you will have missing uniforms and they can't explain why, customer service is horrible! Chad- Service manager gets very defensive. I had been using Cinta's for almost 17 Years and changing to Gorman was one of the worst business decisions I've done. When we signed the contract, Jesse talked about how much money he was going to save me and now we are paying 20% More than with Cintas and we are missing uniforms. I'm not he type of person to be putting bad reviews, however I don't want someone else to do the same mistake that I've done. Document everything and keep paper trail if you do sign up with this company because you will need it!

We have used Gorman for all of our uniform needs for over 5 years now. Our driver, David Stump, is a big reason why. He shows up rain or shine, notifies me of any changes and even remembers things I forget. We sure appreciate David's positive attitude and friendly service.
I have tried numerous uniform companies over the years and can honestly say Gorman is above and beyond the best of all of them. Quality of service, pricing, clothing is all excellent. Our driver, Bobby, actually cares about us and makes sure any issues are resolved quickly. Can happily say that the days of lost pieces, continuous driver changing and always increasing pricing are all things of the past since we changed to Gorman. Very appreciated!!
We have used Gorman Uniform for years and could not be happier with our service, especially our driver Luis! He is the absolute BEST! I have NEVER seen him without a smile on his face, he is so friendly and always takes care of our needs! He really does go above and beyond, everyone at the company does. Any time I need to call, the phone is always answered in a courteous manner and I am assisted promptly. I would recommend this company to anyone in need!

We have used Gorman at C&R Auto for more years than we can remember. They have been dependable and reasonable. Our route service professional is Ben Torres, and we can't say enough good things about him! Our only complaint is that we wish garment review was more regular and replacement was quicker. We love Gorman.
My place of employment uses Gorman Uniform Service and I can't say enough about how great the crew has been over the years. Our uniform issues are taken care of in a timely manner. Our offices request are always meet for things like extra floor mats or lab coat requests etc. The current representative Bobby is always helpful and friendly when he is working in our facility. He always makes sure everything is looking great before he leaves. I recommend Gorman to any company looking for these services.
I have been using Gorman Uniform for sometime now and I am totally satisfied with their service and the attitudes of the employees. My main driver Joseph always comes in a great mood. Asking if everything is good or what he could do for us to make sure everything is as it should be. He always engages with me in conversation and is a good guy. Not to mention a great employee of Gorman Uniform. They did right in hiring him and I am glade that he is on my route!!!!!
