When it comes to financial agreements, they do not follow what they say, nor do they even offer any kind of agreement or help simply try to get you involved. They do not care for the student just want to know how to profit.

In terms of structure is a good location, with new rooms, accessibility with ramps and lift. For me the biggest problem in college is the issue of teaching, you enter a class with two courses and there are people in the first, second, third periods, not to mention that in the course of networks, which was what I chose was a teacher for all materials, you spend almost 2 hours in each class and learn the least about it because the class goes there to talk more than to study and the teacher ends up losing control of the class.
We understand that there is no perfect college or college, but this university is not worth the tuition we pay, worse attendance to students everything needs to overpay, a simple paper containing a statement needs to wait 48 hours for them to provide it, when they answer or respond quickly, the campus is precarious the same is in works since 2013 worse than many government works, I only got a parking space for those who wet the hand of the guard, it really is not worth the price guys, look for other institutions.
I only had a problem at this institution until today. I decided to do a post-graduate course, because I already graduated from this institution, but I deeply regretted it. To register is quick, the problem is locking. I'm going through financial problems and I have to lock up. No further!
My experience with Santa Cruz started with a poor lecture on perspective for the new year that was a slide sequence of the structure of the diamond theory. Okay, just a lecture. Now, an extension course for the internal and external community that has been canceled. Everything was great, if we hadn't found out (myself and other subscribers), 5 minutes after the supposed start. Not a paper at the door just in case a soul might come (again, we were not warned) Not enough, a reimbursement protocol needs to be opened that requires a new "visit" to the site. Added to the "event" are the resources spent which, from the point of view of external to reality, are not just time and the value of the course. This is certainly not taken into account in these cases by those responsible. The solution for them is to return the money and offer the Ombudsman's email for complaint.
Great place, I studied there while I was in college and did my last year in transition to university center. The course I took had great satisfaction in most of the main subjects, but some left something to be desired, but I believe that a lot has changed with this leap that it took.
