I have never taken the time to write a bad review, but Cal.net's customer support warrants one. They give no power to their support line workers. They are only able to instruct you to reboot your router. And they are unable to transfer you to anyone who can actually help out. I've had to call 15 times in the past week and my problem still isn't solved. This isn't the first time in the past year that I have had this experience. If you have another choice for internet, I say go with that.

Very lazy workers. My son literally dug his own ditch because the technician couldn't be bothered. I had the same experience. Terrible customer service.

Not sure where all these people are getting bad customer service. However, I realize that people don't just drop everything they are doing in order to help me ASAP. I got the help I needed in a timely manner and it wasn't just "turn your router off and on". My tech was able to tell what was causing the signal issue and sent out a technician within a week. I do have to say though, the speeds are not what they could be. I just got my Starlink so I am cancelling my service with Cal Net

Definitely a great service! My family and I are so happy to have it. Edgar was really nice and helpful. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs fast reliable service.

5 star so far. Had service installed Aug 15th. Good connection and faster & less cost than the Verizon cantenna we had, luckily had a node in eye sight. No data caps. Installer knew his stuff and had me up & running in a couple of hours.

I want to give a big thank you to Pamela. She was awesome in walking me through to reconnect my WIFI on my home TV. I can now view my NETFLIX programs. I was very frustrated at first, but she was able to calm me down and gave me step by step directions on how to reconnect my WIFI to my TV.

We live in Shingle Springs and have used AT&T, Comcast, and now Cal.net. Cal.net is the most reliable and amazing service I have had. During the lockdown, we were using zoom on two computers, and with two kindles for the kids. We also have smart devices and a smart thermostat. We had one outage, and I was able to talk to someone local, even at 8:30 at night and get the issue fixed right away. I'm super grateful for this service. I highly recommend cal.net.

I called for service in the afternoon and they were here the next morning hooking up our service! The tech was extremely polite, made sure we understood everything, and answered all our questions. We received a call a couple days later to make sure all was well. They have exemplary customer service!!

Worst provider you can possibly get, ping averages 150-50000. Fifty thousand, thats not a typo. We have one of the highest end routers and still, horrible performance. The customer support only knows how to say "try restarting your router." Not to mention the fact that its so overpriced for the little to no internet you even can squeeze out of it. The speeds average 3 mbs and it can't handle one device streaming HD. You can only watch TV or Youtube in resolution that looks like its from the early 2000's.

Worked with Richard in sales and Chase on the install. Both were highly customer focused and professional. I would definitely recommend Cal.net. Thanks guys!
