I had been recommend Samantha Chubb several years ago when making a property sale and purchase. I have to say her service and professionalism was outstanding. To that end more recently I helped my parents to buy a new home and I knew straight away who I wanted to help me with this. I managed to find Samantha as she had since moved on. I was confident that she would deliver. From start to finish with some complex negotiations and impeccable due diligance Samantha and her team provided us with a clear and timely high quality service. Her attention to detail and solid sensible advice made this process actually quite simple. The rates are probably not the cheapest but with such an important transaction and process its is undeniably well worth spending to ensure a smooth, stress free process. We were kept well infromed throughout and easy to make contact as and when required. Thankyou soo much Samantha your sevice would be hard to match!

Samantha is highly experienced in this type of purchase and I recommend her for anyone who needs a solicitor for an off plan reassignment purchase, as many other solicitors are not experienced in this area.

Samantha Chubb was assigned to our case and we couldn't recommend her highly enough. We got the sense that she really had our back during the entire process and was extremely diligent in her work. Everything we asked her to investigate outside of the standard service, she would carry out with a high level of detail.

We also had huge time pressures to complete before the stamp duty deadline March 31st and she was able to do this no problem, despite being overwhelmed with cases I'm sure. She also navigated us through some very tricky negotiations with the seller which would have ended in a collapse if the solicitor wasn't up to scratch.

Many of my friends have used other (more expensive) firms and had negative experiences so all I can say is Gordon's provided us a 10/10, 5 star service and great value for money.

We will be using them again in the future and I have already signed up two of my close friends to Gordon's for their first time purchases.

I have been very impressed with Gordons Partnership LLP. They have always acted in a professional and friendly manner and clearly care about their clients more so than many other Law Firms. I would highly recommend Samantha Chubb for residential housing work, which is what she assisted me with between 2018 and 2020. Samantha and her team had a keen eye for detail - For example, they made sure detailed clauses in the contracts put forward by the other party were fair, wouldn't open us up to unnecessary risks, and suggested revisions where applicable. The wider Firm has also shown the same positive characteristics, as they have helped me with follow up litigation and employment contract advice whenever I have needed it. Terrible experience dealing with amateur solicitors, cancelling on me and charging for the cancelled meeting, promising a fees inclusive of stuff then later charging additional for that, every phonecall you make to them they charge for despite it being you informing them even if you are abroad and it is costing you. Even if they lose your case they charge you for every email sent even if it s a sympathy email. Very pathetic experience I wish I had dealt with someone senior and not a newly qualified solicitor Ms L.

I'd like to say a big thank you to Paul, Sophie and the team at Gordons Partnership for all they did to ensure a challenging house sale transaction got over the line to extremely tight deadlines. While others in the chain made life difficult by failing to give updates or talk to each other, Paul ensured we were kept fully informed at all stages and really held the chain together.
