Terrible experience dealing with amateur solicitor...

Terrible experience dealing with amateur solicitors, cancelling on me and charging for the cancelled meeting, promising a fees inclusive of stuff then later charging additional for that, every phonecall you make to them they charge for despite it being you informing them even if you are abroad and it is costing you. Even if they lose your case they charge you for every email sent even if it s a sympathy email. Very pathetic experience I wish I had dealt with someone senior and not a newly qualified solicitor Ms L.
