My girlfriend and I were buying our first property in Balham South London and used Gordon's Partnership LLP to represent us.

Samantha Chubb was assigned to our case and we couldn't recommend her highly enough. We got the sense that she really had our back during the entire process and was extremely diligent in her work. Everything we asked her to investigate outside of the standard service, she would carry out with a high level of detail.

We also had huge time pressures to complete before the stamp duty deadline March 31st and she was able to do this no problem, despite being overwhelmed with cases I'm sure. She also navigated us through some very tricky negotiations with the seller which would have ended in a collapse if the solicitor wasn't up to scratch.

Many of my friends have used other (more expensive) firms and had negative experiences so all I can say is Gordon's provided us a 10/10, 5 star service and great value for money.

We will be using them again in the future and I have already signed up two of my close friends to Gordon's for their first time purchases.
