So dissapointed GOOGLE by your lack of customer service. I was having a great day until I called to speak to an Account Manger and was met with with rudeness and refusal to assist me with my enquiry.

A pretty darn awesome place! Google Sydney office are located opposite the Star, and are a pretty awesome place to visit if you get the chance. In the off chance that you get a job here - well done! From the wall of wildlife, to the scooters, to the monorail carriage, this place looks like it would be great to work at!

How can a person using a false name review a business. Then when more reviews are posted the subject review stays at the top.

Just had a call from Google consultant who completely lied about an offer regarding supporting our campaign. He offered the service as free then hit us for a advertising fee which seems on face value dishonest. Then i called the Sydney office and they responded with voice mail saying that office hours are 9am to 5.30pm which is odd given that the call was 9.49am.Poor effort and poor ethics Google

Oh to be a Google employee! I had no idea Google was located here until my friend suggested I meet up with him here to discuss something we were to work on. I went in as a guest and went up to the cafeteria where, just like the movie The Intern, everything was free, all the food, just like that. They really have a sublime sense of play here at Google, and an employee here literally has all one could hope for in a workspace that is actually FUN. But of course that means they expect you to work at optimum too, so well done anyone who has managed to be employed here. It is a bit Hogwarts for the doors and corridors you travel around to get to places, but with the colours and features of this place, it cannot be beat.

As someone who works in the theatre, I don't find the Google offices nerdy, I find it magical and theatrical. Themed rooms with useful props and big sets with unique and charismatic characters. You sure this isn't a theatre company? Oh no wait Google has money, while the performing art does not.

I bought the pixle 3XL from Vodafone yearayear It started descharging all the times untill totally stopped working.I just can't find service center to repair my device. Vodafone service center sent the report back to me said it hasbhas liquid damaged which it's not true.Vodsfone rejected me to send it away to third Independent service center to repair it.

A brilliant atmosphere and welcoming people a great place to visit or work. Definitely take a look at their unique reception with the tyre swing and fernery.

As I have used services of google I am able to officially leave a review.

Don't bother asking for help from google to remove a bad review that was placed by someone that never used your services. Google staff will give you a whole heap of excuses why they can't do anything about it.

Getting a bad fake review is like someone coming to your place of business and graffiti all over it while google holds the can of paint for them.

I wonder how long this review will stay on here because google has the controls to wipe it. That being said this is a valid review from a google customer. So, So disappointed with how unprofessional my experience with google has been with this issue.

In such a great location, working space and looks over the pyrmont bay, which is priceless.

Apparently anyone can write whatever they want on your google business profile even when they are not your client and google won't do anything about it despite the review being in breach of their own policy regarding confidentiality.
Through a review written by a woman that is not even our customer, Google is allowing information that is confidential to our business and clients be made public, and Google refuses to fix the issue.

One of my favourite Google offices! It overlooks the Darling harbour, and you can have the best lunch overlooking the harbour. The office is colourful, fun and everyone is friendly.

Completely stunning and different from anything you'd imagine. So many cool things to see and do you'd think people get lost trying to do some work haha! :)

Google are a law upon themselves, they offer the world and then will not help. I terminated an employee for serious misconduct and when she left and unknown to all she altered the password and recovery number to the company gmail account that allowed access to the Company Business Page, Google cloud drive, the gmail account itself.
After over 20 emails to support and supply of company info all i get is the same response "we cant verify you as the owner" well what else do i have to do, i have given you every document, all the reviews come to my company email, all the data on google drive is the companies.
I found a phone number for the Google Sydney office and called, i spoke to a lady in Sydney and she gave me an email in Sydney and i thought yes i have at last found help, well after 6 emails not one response, so after 5 months i have received NO help, nothing, oh and here is the best part, i get billed from google for my google paid AdWords and Business Page, for something they say i am not the owner of and still expected to pay the bill, IF I AM NOT THE OWNER WHY THE HELL ARE YOU REMOVING MONIES FROM MY ACCOUNT, i would think that is illegal, theft and fraud.
Unfortunately what do you do, Google don't give a dam. This person terminated for serious misconduct wont return the access, she has access to company information and places items on Google using our gmail and account access.
YOU MAKE BILLIONS BUT HAVE NO INTEREST IN HELPING THE PEOPLE THAT MAKE YOU THOSE BILLIONS US LITTLE PEOPLE
SHAME ON YOU GOOGLE

Pretty small office. But location is great, and coffee is delicious!

The food here is fabulous. Google runs great education courses. We love Betcher!!

google is crippling my business only allowing bad reviews to remain online even when its evident they are fake cant get through they take your money but you cant even get through

Visited at Google Product Experts Sydney Meetup 2019. It was an exciting experience and I was able to communicate with so many experts and Googlers!

As part of GOOGLE GARAGE, Google invited the Sydney LGBT Community Business owners to show them next steps in getting their online presence more visible. It was a great information session filled with touching intros which personalizes the experience.

The office is beautiful and conveniently located near a tram line. Great views into the water as well. I look forward to the next information session later this month.

what is google doing to ensure its platform is not used to publish, promote fake reviews. inappropriate reviews are flagged off and no action is ever taken.

There is a problem with my gmail - it is virtually duplicated so I get someone else's email. And Google does not seem to be interested. The local phone number just goes round and round in circles - press 1 or 2, press 1 or 2, press 1 or 2 until it hangs up on me.

google's so-called anit-theft devices have stolen my access to my $750 Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge - and no human it google will speak to me about it. Corporate theft.

Hi Google Australia it's Michael from mwh lawns I recently noticed the photo of our street is about 10 years old I was wondering if there was any chance that you could help get these photos updated as people look at my photos and they see the street and the driveway which is not real good for my business thank you from mwh

Find another Platform. Google is terrible. It has taken me three months to tried to get my business verified. The International Google staff do not call back when they say, the verification cards never arrive. And to top it off I call Google Australia and can t get beyond their push button call triage.

I know this is a rating for their office but their customer care team is attrocious. Heres to hoping someone from Google reads this and acts. I have read a few other reviews here where people have waited a year plus and their escalated cases are still open, which is what I am experiencing. Dont buy anything Google because issues will not be resolved

Come here for attending Google Product Expert Meet Up. Located on Pyrmont Bay, so looking out immediately looks refreshing scenery. It feels that work stress can be easily refreshed.

As usual at the Google office we can only come here at the invitation of Googlers. Security in front is very tight. Must not take pictures carelessly let alone a laptop that is on.

Here there is a piano that is driven by the application. There is a rest room where googlers can lie down. On each floor there is a canteen or coffeshop. I went to the meditation room to pray. The toilet here is unfortunately still normal.

It's always a treat to visit a Google office - the food and beverages are outstanding

Zero support, zero customer service, worst review system, corrupt review system, anyone can write any fake review about any business and they have no support for anything

I would give zero star if possible

Extremely poor service, allowing people to post false reviews a form of bullying

I've been operating a timber sign engraving business in Australia for 20 years. For the past 15 years I have used Google Adwords to generate sales quite successfully spending around $500 per month. My adwords stats are showing normal activity but all of a sudden my enquiries stopped on Aug 20th 2018. I've spent over 12 hours on the phone with adwords consultants in India trying to fix the problem without success.
My website host discovered that all the links on my adds had been changed which we thought was the cause but having run another trial for 100 clicks - not one enquiry has resulted.
So I have had no sales enquiries for 2 months now. Adword consultants clearly are not trained to deal with issues like this. They have no ability to refund or check something like this but constantly try to find faults in my campaign which has run for a long time prior to 29th August quite successfully. I've tried to speak to Adwords staff more senior which worked when I reported an Adwords Partner for false Advertising - Google eventually sorted that out but they show no concern at all for the failure of my own advertising with them.
Two months now with no enquiries - I'm looking at having to close my business - I'm 68 - honest - do quality work and 90% comes from my Adwords - been operating for 20 years.
Shame on you Google our Government should stop monopoly companies from overseas screwing up small business here.

Google reviews are becoming the same as Twitter, anyone can troll and place unfiltered derogatory and defaming comments at will, and destroy businesses which operate with impeccable integrity.

I have a second gmail account that I regrettably deleted and 2 days later wanted to recover it, unfortunately the number that says tap # did not appear for me to recover it.
I am hoping these guys have an answer via the phone to talk with a human because it's not right Google. Distressed Google user who has stage 2 cancer and does not need this stress specially when I have passwords etc on my previous deleted Google account. Horrible. I expect a response to this!!! Happy deleting review if I get atleast a response here.

Very nice office, really cool people. Can be a bit confusing to find though, there are actually 3 buildings that belong to Google.

Very disappointed about google my business reviews. I have received a review that breaches two of the posting policies but the task force has let it stand. The "idiots" don't find the word idiot offensive despite the keep it clean policy. They also don't apply the no third party review policy. What is the point of having a system to flag inappropriate reviews and a policy if you don't apply it. Way too customer centric rather than balanced. Given that it's a third party review I can't even verify whether the supposed customer was even a customer of mine. Unhappy!!

Terrible service from Google AU. Pixel phone crashed on upgrade and promised replacement not delivered, and no response to multiple enquiries.

I visited Google campus as part of a UX study. The office is just okay as compared to Google campus in Mountain view. Also, I was lied to. In was never given the $100, which was the incentive to participate in the study. The UX Researcher seemed dodgy to me and she did dodge me.

Till now Google has provided me with excellent service. It has enabled me to undertake ample research for my university and school assignments.

Fancy small campus for the Google Sydney crew. Not as fancy as the pictures that you see from the US. However the location is awesome down by the water

A little sad, i decided to travel from Newcastle to see Google but didn't see anything resembling Google no sign that I could take a picture with :(. The only thing that i thought could be google was google coloured chairs at a Cafe and getting back on a tram a guy with a guest tag.

THE PHONE SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE. JUST PUT A HUMAN ON TO TALK...SIMPLE
