Google are a law upon themselves, they offer the world and then will not help. I terminated an employee for serious misconduct and when she left and unknown to all she altered the password and recovery number to the company gmail account that allowed access to the Company Business Page, Google cloud drive, the gmail account itself.
After over 20 emails to support and supply of company info all i get is the same response "we cant verify you as the owner" well what else do i have to do, i have given you every document, all the reviews come to my company email, all the data on google drive is the companies.
I found a phone number for the Google Sydney office and called, i spoke to a lady in Sydney and she gave me an email in Sydney and i thought yes i have at last found help, well after 6 emails not one response, so after 5 months i have received NO help, nothing, oh and here is the best part, i get billed from google for my google paid AdWords and Business Page, for something they say i am not the owner of and still expected to pay the bill, IF I AM NOT THE OWNER WHY THE HELL ARE YOU REMOVING MONIES FROM MY ACCOUNT, i would think that is illegal, theft and fraud.
Unfortunately what do you do, Google don't give a dam. This person terminated for serious misconduct wont return the access, she has access to company information and places items on Google using our gmail and account access.
YOU MAKE BILLIONS BUT HAVE NO INTEREST IN HELPING THE PEOPLE THAT MAKE YOU THOSE BILLIONS US LITTLE PEOPLE
