Our neighborhood has defaulted to using Goodwin Property management, this company is a turn and burn company. They contract with development companies and have little incentive to do a proper job at keeping up with actual property management.

Once the neighborhood reaches the capacity to get rid of them, they typically do. If developers really want a company that will actually provide quality service in property management, they should think twice before contracting with Goodwin.

But again they probably are the lowest bidding.

We're really grateful for Ms Erica' s help. I realized later that I've may been rude for interrupting her a few times but I was really flustered after learning about that hefty fee and kept stuttering to explain my situation. I appreciated her patience. We couldn't make reason why payment didn't arrive on time like always and she looked into this and reassured us, there were problems/accommodations going on due to covid. There was an extreme relief released when she forgave us. Really, really grateful for this. She's really professional and courtesy answering all our questions. The info she sent was really easy to read and find with the important things highlighted about online payments. We've experienced great customer service. Thank you very much.

I had some questions on billing and the support Agent Erica Gonzales was very helpful and to the point. She was courteous, waived my late fee (without me asking) , helped me configure Auto-pay (She highlighted the $1 processing fee repeatedly) & helped navigate the HOA site.
In my experience, I have only dealt with outright liars when it comes to billing for any industry (energy, Phone, Internet, bill) with Car dealers being the worst. I wish every company employs individuals like Erica who go to great lengths to explain hidden costs and enable their customers to make the best possible choice.

Erica Gonzales was awesome. She helped to resolve an issue in which I had made repeated attempts in the past. She was extremely professional and very kind. Her professionalism is something that I wish we could see more of these days. Thank you Erica.
On my second phone experience with TIMOTHY
Was absolutely wonderful. I had called on a mistake on my behalf and after using his knowledge and professionalism he was able to figure the problem out. He was very patient and very kind. I cannot say enough good things about TIMOTHY.
I tried to do a special review just for him but google would only let me do one review per company.

Our property manager continuously ignores people w...

Our property manager continuously ignores people who live in the community he manages. The only way you can get him to respond is to email him and copy his managers along with the email otherwise, the emails, calls, or texts will go unanswered.

He is in a relationship and lives with our HOA President, refuses to get permits to work on his own house but he fines other property owners for the same thing. The reason he doesn t get the permits is probably because he doesn t think he has to follow our deed restrictions.

Tara is always amazing. We ve lived in this community for almost 18 years and I ve called upon her multiple times for assistance with various HOA needs. She is always so helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Thank goodness for Erica Gonzales! I posted a review for Erica on Yelp as well. Erica Gonzales was extremely helpful with resolving a matter for me. She demonstrated excellent customer service skills, she's a great listener and most importantly she resolved an issue that was incredibly pressing. A weight has been lifted off of my shoulders! I can't thank her enough for getting to the bottom of the issue. Goodwin and Company you have a gem in Erica Gonzales!

I m very disappointed with this management company...

I m very disappointed with this management company and I m so thankful to finally move out of their management. In the 4 years I have lived in our neighborhood, Goodwin management has been insistent on sending us letters to fix our landscaping or for not moving our trash bins because they were left out for 1 or 2 extra days outside. I understand these were concerns to maintain the aesthetics of the neighborhood. However, we have had abandoned vehicles on our side of the street parked for months! These vehicles are inoperable, wrecked and blocking the only open parking available for other neighbors to park. I have spoken to Raquel Prado about this issue and she hasn t done much to help. I have called the vehicle abandoned unit in Austin but they are taking more than 65 days to fix this issue due to low personnel. And Miss Prado didn t give me any hope that the HOA would be able to do anything else at this point. Please tell me, Goodwin management, If we are responsible citizens who pay HOA dues on time, why wouldn t they help our community to have a better looking neighborhood, instead of streets that seem like junk yards?
