I had some questions on billing and the support Agent Erica Gonzales was very helpful and to the point. She was courteous, waived my late fee (without me asking) , helped me configure Auto-pay (She highlighted the $1 processing fee repeatedly) & helped navigate the HOA site.
In my experience, I have only dealt with outright liars when it comes to billing for any industry (energy, Phone, Internet, bill) with Car dealers being the worst. I wish every company employs individuals like Erica who go to great lengths to explain hidden costs and enable their customers to make the best possible choice.
