I used their online auction site to bid on and purchase an item from this store. They item hadn't shipped after over seven days (but I was being patient because they had said things were slow because of lack of staffing).

Today I received a refund for the purchase and it simply said "Item not found".

The complete lack of communication or any attempt at customer service is the problem here. They could have reached out and said, "Hey, things are crazy here - we are having trouble finding the item you purchased will be in touch". There was zero attempt to communicate and I was just surprised with an electronically generated email indicating my money was refunded.

Avoid bidding on items from this location.

Terribly picked over! This regular Goodwill store is next door to their "boutique" store so, if you are looking for great finds, don't bother. Just head next door to Second Debut and be prepared to pay $20+ for clothing. Bummer.

I have had great luck at this store. I have found nice quality pajamas and clothing for my family, gift items, and games, puzzles, and art and craft supplies for kids. The employees are pleasant and helpful. Love the new store!

Does not communicate with customers about auctions they sell. Bought a $360 auction and it didn't even come with what was listed and shown in pictures. Staff unwilling to communicate with me about a refund.

Don't believe all the hype of Goodwill helping people because they don't. I was unemployed for three and half years and heard of the training program through my local library. I was accepted into the Medical Office training program and I cried thinking that Goodwill was an answer to my prayers. During the eight week program we were told by teachers and staff that "once you are a client you are a client for life" and "Goodwill will never abandon you." We were promised job assistance and referals to places such as Dress For Succes after graduation. Soon after graduation, we received an email that the job coordinator quit and we never heard from Goodwill again. Tried phone calls and emails with no response.

I don't know how you can take people who are desperate and down on their luck onto service and then completely dismiss them like a piece of garbage. The women I took classes with had to rearrange their work schedules, take multiple buses, find child care, etc. while we had eight weeks of our lives wasted, were completely abandoned and told a bunch of lies. So don't be donating or giving money to Goodwill because they are not helping people. Shame on you Goodwill!

This store is very clean, well organized (often by size and color which makes it easy to find clothes) and people who work there are very friendly. I am very surprised about the bad reviews of this place. I go here at least twice a month and always enjoy my experience. Furniture prices are really cheap and you get a discount if you cash and carry. If you encounter rude service the from cashier/visual merchandiser understand they may have an invisible disability or are working on getting much needed job training. No one is ever rude to me there I always get asked "How are you today?" with a smile.

What a great service. A car accident landed me in need of a walker, and several other items for the handicapped. Rather than purchase, I was able to borrow these items, as simple as a phone call. I'm very grateful.

Goodwill you can sometimes go to and find some of the best deals and find things that you would never expect would be at a Goodwill. Certain days they actually bring out these giant bins and you can pick out anything that you want and they just weigh how much it is and you pay by the pound and you can get some incredible deals. It's also where when I donate anything to charity I bring most all of my items to Goodwill

The shopgoodwill division of this store seriously over charges their loyal customers for shipping and handling. $14.10 to ship one tee shirt from MN to Indiana. Are you kidding me? Please let your dissatisfaction be heard .

Horrible experience! Don't waste your time, money,...

Horrible experience! Don't waste your time, money, effort. There mission statement to help people with limitations and barriers. I have both! I'm disabled (brain injury) and handicapped. I also have a lot of cronic health issues that led me to be kicked out of there program even though I gave them a Dr.s notice that I was fine to attend class. So Goodwill false advertises they don't help people they discourage not encourage. All I heard was that I made Goodwill look bad because of all my limitations and barriers. They have there reputation to uphold and they couldn't help me even though that's what Goodwill is known for! I tried to contact the CEO, the person who runs the Medical office program which she always says she will call but as I am still waiting to hear from her. I have sent out all my paperwork, complaint n all to Higher education, Legal Aide, Attorney General just to name a few. So as I spoke to Work Force I found there are other agencies that are more willing to work with people like me! I have told many people my story about your company and they ate all apaulled and I know you all just a lot of business.

I used their online website daily to buy items but not anymore ever since they ve lost my items consecutively. I have given them $4,000+ over the last two years when employees didn t steal or jack up prices. They are now losing a majority of my items. The employees then say this happens a lot. So internal theft happens a lot I guess, and they are okay with that. Unbelievable.

They also use a ghost bidder to jack up prices. Anyone with an algorithm reader can see this. I encourage you to write the attorney general to fix their issues since they won t do it themselves. Goodwill is not a non-profit.

This place is such a rip off, you can t call yourself a thrift store without the thrift. Most of the dingy, stained, and worn out clothes can be purchased brand new for not much more. Whoever sets the prices smokes crack.
