Fantastic recording and rehearsal space. Staff are friendly and will grab what you need, and do pretty good rates.
Not possible to pay by card and the closest cash point is far away from the studio as this place is basically in the middle of complicated junctions in a remote area (to be fair most of the rehearsal studios are located in very remote and industrial areas but at least is possible to pay by card).
Complicated way to get there (if you don't take the right junction... It's a pain).
Rooms not properly isolated. They use this space as venue as well, which is fine as many other studios do it, but if you are rehearsing in the same time is painful because the room is not 100% sound proof. You can also hear the bands rehearsing in the other rooms by the way...
If it's a cold day out there the rooms are freezing and this doesn't help you perform....
Very friendly staff, my son goes here for drum lessons and his teacher Ben is awsome really knowledgeable and a fsntastic drummer my son has improved more than we could have imagined.
Decent price and reasonable equipment. Difficult to park at busy times.
Nice place Nice place for practice and none stop shop for all the music requirements
Lovely staff who are clearly passionate about music, will help you set up needs be.
Great rehearsal...recording...space ...also has event rooms ....knowledgeable friendly staff..
Great to be back drumming loud again! Big rooms, reasonable kit, friendly staff
The equipment needs updating. A lot of the leads are broken, and one of the pa speakers in room 5 was not working. Other than that it's a decent low fuss experience, just book online, turn up and play. Great that your session is recorded and made available online, bit this feature has not been working a couple of times I've been.
Cool Industrial Goth night here called Bunker 13 with a good variety of tunes and plenty of space to dance :)
Fantastic recording studios and multi-purpose performance space. Would definitely recommend to any musicians, or indeed anyone who wishes to use their facilities. Super friendly staff!
Fantastic venue for our psy trance night AudioAddictz Live
Pros
- Affordable
- Friendly staff
- Can pay by card
- Decent sized rooms
Cons
- Poor drum shells/skins, clutch kits/felts never fit so prepare for floppy cymbals or drum stool missing/under equipped
- Parking a bit of a scramble
- Room booking not entirely organised, expect to be moved rooms last moment or being double booked
Friendly staff. Decent equipment in rooms and there is a bar. I went to a drum clinic. Very good.
This is our regular practice place. Many many rooms. Very reasonable price wise. They have amps for hire. You can buy strings and bits of spares for your guitars/basses. There are also a variety of drinks soft/alcoholic. Great location at the side of the motorway
Went to a gig good sound though a little out of the way
Awesome venue for all sorts of parties and functions
A very professional rehearsal and recording facility. Reaonably priced and well worth the effort.
Great rooms, good equipment (some of the PA's are a bit older) great value
Great rehearsal room/venue. Now home to Rise wrestling every month as well as being a great base for the Leeds extreme metal scene.
Friendly, accommodating venue for our Christmas party. Ran out of some drinks early on but otherwise great.
Great place. Club nights, gigs, rehearsal space, venue for hire. Good staff.
Great rooms, good beers available. Toilets are clean. What more do ya want?
Get down there and shred some F# mixolydian!!!
Nice venue, owners kept walking through our session which was annoying but we'll equipped and a good shop to buy sticks/ear plugs if needed
Eiger is a great venue for me to teach from. The staff and very freindly and extremely helpful. The rooms are very spacious and the equipment is always maintained and ready to use. Its a great venue for any musician who wishes to get serious about their music.
Great space for musicians. Has events , overall friendly and inviting.
Clean, stocked bar and helpful staff. Usual issue with this kind of rehearsal studio - poor PA's in the rooms. If it's an option, take your own mixer/PA and speakers.
Great rooms for rehearsal or gigs. Good bar and everyone's very friendly
Great venue to hire and really attentive and help staff
So much fun. Came up to leeds for the night. Classic tunes had me jumping till the early morning. Old school warehouse party vibes. Great drinks great people. Good vibes all round.
Great venue great staff Loved Filth Face Prominition Digital and K-zone. Some of my best nights out ever have been here
We were in room 9. VERY muddy sound. Made for a disappointing band practice.
The room i was in was a little run down inside but overall a great place to meet up and have a good jam session...and let of some steam.
The owner of Eiger studios is really friendly and at hand for any problems tht need assisting with. I have some mates who rehearse here on a weekly basis and they seem to think its great and prices are reasonable aswell.
Would definately recommend.
Only been in one room but it was light and airy with reasonable gear. Main complaint would be lack of sound deadening and limited parking. Oh, and there's no decent pub nearby!
Great rehearsal space friendly staff well worth a visit.
Attended conference here - worked well as a venue. Cannot comment on recording facilities.
Great atmosphere. Decent rooms plus bar too and a decent price! Can't go wrong TBH
Great place for band practice. Very diverse as well since they have church services going on while we practice with our punk band. Also events going on all the time such as weddings and birthday parties. And they have a recording studio as well so a lot of options there.
Parking is terrible outside if you have lots of equipment, but I guess that's a sign of how popular it is. Good pro shop and decent enough equipment in all the rooms, kits and Bass amps.
