I had a very pleasant stay here. The front desk staff are extremely friendly. The rooms appear to have been recently renovated? Effective air conditioning and really nice bathrooms with the choice of bath & shower. I can't comment on the food, as I ate out. Overall a very nice stay with reasonable room rates. I was so impressed that I extended my stay.

The hotel was really great. There were bathtub and showers in the bathroom, friendly staffs who would answer to my questions on how to get around the city, and not to mention that it was so close to many stores (and even a halal restaurant)

Worst hotel i have stayed in. Completely outdated , nothing ontemorary bout it exvept the desk lamp. No adjustable heating or air con, fixed air temperature for the whole hotel. Could not sleep as room wsy too hot. No room service menu in the room as the told us so we were asked to come to reception and pick one up. When we received our food there was no cutlery, we were again asked to come to reception to pick it up. Will never stay here again.

My husband was in a car accident on the Nullaboir Plane, I flew from NSW to be with him. My son booked the hotel for me. I have found the staff so caring and nothing was a problem. The rooms are clean and made up everyday with fresh linen and tea and coffee refreshed. The Bar and Restaurant is excellent. I have found everything about my stay very pleasant for such a traumatic time in our life. Once again anything I needed the staff were always there to assist me we no hesitation and kept reassuring me to ask if I need anything. I was transferred to the disability room for my husband needs I have spent 3weeks here so far and we have another 3 weeks to go. I highly recommend this hotel, it is also very central to everything in Perth

Reception staff were lovely. Rooms and whole hotel was dated. Needs renovating asap. Our view out our window was graffiti so that was horrible. The buffet breakfast was not worth $20 each but the chef really paid attention to detail, was always out clearing tables and making sure the food was adequately topped up. He made the visit.

Rooms are dimly lit but spacious. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of CBD so all the business locations are nearby. The hotel breakfast is not that great and doesn't stay open till very late in the night.

Pretty basic rooms with physical door key rather than any electronic system. Water pressure was nonexistent just a dribble though the water was nice and hot. Separate bath and shower cubicle.
No mirror in the bedroom area.
Breakfast buffet was reasonable.

It was very hot in our room the whole weekend. When we told the front desk, they could only give us a fan. Apparently other people said their rooms were cold, so apparently the HVAC doesn't work in the whole building We had to sleep on top of the covers. The bed wasn't comfortable, either. Location was nice though.

Hi

Hi
I stayed here on the weekend and I thought it was very average for the price. I had the breakfast in Restaurant it was very average the Scrambled Eggs which had turned a grey colour the sausages were very dry to very poor for this caliber of hotel. When I was eating my breakfast there was a swashed insect on the curtain. Very poor very average want be going back. Pick up your game there is so many alternatives out there for accomadation. Also when I checked out I had to wait almost twenty minutes to get my room deposit back so someone could go and check my room. Very poor service :(

A microwave oven to heat milk or a take away meal would be welcome in the rooms or just at reception? Airconditioning is poor , room feels hot and stuffy all the time. Great for a stay where you are just sleeping in the room. Very uncomfortable when stuck in the room for more than 3 days. No operating restaurant on site , no mini bar.

Inexpensive, decent rooms, some chipped paint, issues with the bathrooms and other minor quibbles.

The location is actually quite good not too far from a number of good local services and centre of town. Rooms were only OK, i acknowledge some rooms are being re-fit so just pray you get a re-furbished room as some of the old ones really are a bit over-due.

My room had plenty of rust to spare in the sink and shower, looked poorly taken care of. Paint on the walls was scratched or had chipped off in some places.
Beds were decent, clean sheets but a little too hard a bed for my taste.

No immediate food options around the hotel of note but not too far to walk to some decent choices.
Staff were friendly but impersonable and had to push a little to get the information I needed at times.

Overall a tad disappointed, will only use as a last resort when in Perth.

Good value hotel for 3 days. Good location, great rooms.
I'm sorry that Reception Yozui is very clerical and unfriendly. The check-in time was 2 o'clock, so I left for an hour and a half and waited on the front sofa at the reception to see the receptionist's reception. The smiley people greet and smile with kindness, but when they come, they don't meet their eyes and talk hard.
