Functional with all modern amenities, friendly staff

I was put on a floor with no power to sockets, was staying for the night so didn't really notice at first but woke up with flat battery for phone. Also shower temperature was inconsistent, lukewarm with bursts of heat. I was given the overnight parking for free which was nice overall it's good value for money all things considered. Just was a bit annoying about the power.

Wonderful place with cool cocktails and nice music, be back soon! Maybe this time I'll bring the husband hahaha

Good staffs...infact 2weeks ago on a saturday i had a very noisy room nxt to me as the couple were fighting till 4am..i didnt make any complaints bt the hotel out of being efficient and maintain their services, thy discounted me 50% for dat particular nite..tq Mark who is in the coffe hse who was very frendly and well mannered..receptionist..hse keepin were good..as well...

Located in the central business district, very accessible via public transport, short walk to city centre. Rooms are quite comfy but I would say a bit dated, it is a much older establishment. Very affordable and good value for money

Convenient, good location close to everything, abundant breakfast, very efficient reception.

There is a service to order food by phone and get to the restaurant. We can eat cheaply while being hotel and are convenient.

Very good. Expensive for what you get. A friend of mine had a room here consecutively for roughly a week then his room was booked to someone else and he needed to leave. It wasn't adequate but it's the nature of the hotel industry

I loved stayed in tis hotel whenever I m in Perth. The staff here are all wonderful.counter girls r always there to help in evry way n the staff in the cafe esp Joseph is always giving a helping hand.

Solid place to stay. The rooms not having opening windows is a bit annoying though.

Bar wasn't open till 5:30 then told we'd have to wait at least an hour for a table

It is far from the station but the rooms are large and the facilities are fine.

There is no window in the room for the air to pass.But you can get parking slot for $12( whole day).

The meal was reheated food. Not nice at all.
Last time here. About 12mths ago. The service and food was excellent. Now we are dissapointed. This could be the last time we stay here.

Before I booked this hotel, I read thoroughly the reviews but I was convinced that it will be suitable hotel. But to my dismay, the room which was given to me, the TV remote was not working then I upgraded to excutive room , thank you for the upgrade .But the housekeeping is terrible, you don't get enough towels.Worst , please educate your staff especially the Chinse frontdesk to speak professionally. I am disappointed with the service. Not sure will I recommend to anyone unless you are willing to pay around $110 and stay here. I regret for for booking into this hotel

Staying for 3 nights for work. The location is pretty good but the area around the hotel is a little sketchy with some characters wandering around. The room is pretty good, definitely a bit dated and a little musty but it is a big place, 2 TVs and 2 rooms with a walk in closet and bathroom. Walls are a bit scuffed. Staff were quite friendly at the front desk.

Overall very good value for money but needs a little work.

Pretty basic but clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a good base for a big night in the city.

Unbelievable bad hotel. Furniture from the sixties. Small room. Everything is extremely used and old. NEVER AGAIN !!

All up, this hotel provided everything required for very good value. The breakfast was disappointing though.

For the amount of money they charge for a room it is a bad hotel, The room service and restuarant both close at 8:45pm, and the tiny bar closes at 9pm The bathroom has a shower curtain which sticks to you as you shower, the hotel is very old and has not been renovated in a very long time. The room is poorly designed / decorated and you feel like you are in a box.
It would be a ok hotel if the room was $150 - $180 a night and i would be ok with it for that price, but even online it costs double that for a room!!

And when you're paying that much for a room you expect a 5 star experince not a old run down hotel in a dead part of town with nothing close by and the room service stops at 8:45pm.

great customer service. The room was amazing. Executive suite very cheap if you catch one of the deals. Breakfast has a large selection.

Close to everything in perth(buses past by often) bathtubs could be bigger. But such is life.

Booked a room for 2 adults and a child, got given a room with 1 bed called to change rooms and was told i should never of been allowed to book for 3 as they dont do those rooms and that they can only bring a rollaway after 8pm ( after my child's bed time). I also paid for a 1pm late check out but at 10.10am had someone banging on my door asking when im leaving and contact the front desk if i wish to leave later. Called front desk got told hotel was fully booked and had to be out by 12.

Stayed here for 5+ days. Good location, clean rooms, awesome staff. The buffet breakfast was really yummy. If I ever come back to Perth I will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice environment and rooms are clean. Close to parks and I jogged around the 10k loop along the Swan River which was fantastic.

Quite a good experience.
Clean room, friendly staff in particular Reception ladies.
Food cooked well and presentation good.
A little on the expensive side , however when enjoyable price doesn't matter.
Hotel a little dated yet represents value for money.
Location extremely good to Perth CBD.
Buses out front of hotel.
Would recommend for Business people and Holiday makers.

It was very clean and comfortable, wonderful receptionist, and at a really good price.

Located east of Perth city area. It's a bit far to the city, so it's best to use the free Yellow Cat for traveling. The room is large and clean. The charge is conscientious. The front staff is also kind. There are also Japanese staff, which are especially recommended for Japanese travelers.

Strategic location for public transport, rent a car office and best value of money.

Nice and clean hotel not far from Langley park. About 12 minutes walk to Elizabeth Quay.
Reception is very friendly and always helpful.
The chef at the restaurant is very attentive and quick in replenishment of food. When I ask for oats which is not in the menu this morning, he even made a bowl specially me. I was so pleased for his effort.
Easy to ride public buses to CBD.
When I voice out the room is too cold at night, they gave me a portable heater. So thoughtful.
OVERALL GOOD.

Central hotel or on foot or with very few bus stops (free) you arrive in the center ... clean and very kind staff ... rooms a bit old but spacious ... overall more than good

Springs dig into your body as you attempt to sleep. When you move the springs creak. Old beds, which need replacing.

The hotel is quite comfortable in the city of Perth. Near the river Swan ...

My room smells so musty. Although the hotel lobby looks decent, they obviously did not bother to have the same level of maintenance for the rest of the hotel where the guests actually stay. What was worse was the front desk lady was incredibly rude and abrupt. The only redeeming factor is the wifi is very good.

Was there 2 weeks ago, friendly staff very helpful. Have stayed there 3 times already this year, bed was comfortable, arconditioning not good great breakfast but dinner menu neWeds some work overall the stay was pleasant.Will be back again.Good value for money.

Nice Hotel. Big room but not the most comfy mattress, just basic. Normal breakfast also, eggs bacon and sausage. Then just thin bread, butter, cereal and regular coffee.

Easy to locate. Rooms are basic but clean and cozy.

Very spacious room and all other facilities like coffee tea ironing board and free wifi also there.

I always stay at The Ambassador when I travel to Perth. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean and tidy. Some may be dated but that is not an issue. I stay there for the convenience, cleanliness and consideration given to guests. The prices are very reasonable and the location makes it easy to get around the city for shows, concerts or business.

Not a bad joint if u like ppl roaming the hall ways all hours of the night
