Good Times simply has the best fast food burgers around. In fact, they're even better than a bunch of those sit down places. Definitely try out their new breakfast burritos too. Oh, and banana shakes in the summer... I could go on.
My husbands burger had a peice of plastic in it. We both felt sick after the food.Horrible experience. You are better off at Wendy s.

I love that this place offers black bean burgers! The southwest burger was righteous and it did not leave you feeling heavy. The fries were crunchy and delectable. For sure get yourself a shake. I opted for the blackberry but the other flavors looked awesome. Wish we had some good times in Utah.

Good Times is one of my favorites! I'm never disappointed. I got the jalapeno potato poppers when they first came out and have been getting them every time since.

The food is good, the service at the drive through is commonly slow.
It was my first time going to Good times and while ordering, I mentioned it to them. I didn't know they had different kinds of fries, so when they asked me I told them to surprise me. I come home to find out that they gave me a little bit of both. They didn't have to do that. I was surprised and happy to be able to try both. The food and shake I order was great, but sometimes it's the little things that make it that much better. Thanks.
Better than McDonald s- a decent fast-food joint that is drive-thru or Take-away only. They make everything fresh so expect a few minutes wait time.

I shared the same experience with the girl below VVV. Raced over at got there at 11:11 and the place was fully closed. PLEASE change your hours so no more confused customers think to come before 11:30. You are making people upset and losing business because YOUR staff decided to leave! I saw them walking out. I deserve to be given the correct information so next time I don't have to rush to get somewhere that's already closed... why was the staff leaving early? Is this normal? Should I plan for this in the future? I guess no good Times after 11pm.
One of my favorite fast food restaurants. It's also a local company that sources locally. Sounds like a good deal to me.
Long wait time, drive thru is poorly designed. Burgers were sub-par, decent shakes. Good choice if there's nothing else around.
I like the burgers, but you guys mess up my order so often that me and my girlfriend think it's like a running gag at this point.

Thanks to Good Times for a $10.00 refund for the swiss mushroom burger that was inedible after years of enjoying a delicious, decadent burger. I used the coupon for the spicy chicken sandwich; got it to go & when I opened it, it seemed "stale" & the 1/4' chicken was so dry & hard it could be used as a hockey puck!
My husbands' GT Deluxe burger & fries were up to the great usual standard for fast food, he loved it.
Sadly for me, after years of going here & two really bad experiences, I won't go back.

Food is good, but it's very busy and slow service... The drive through line gets lost and blocks parked cars in.
This was not fast food. Very slow. I actually got out of the drive through and went to the walk window because the drive line wasn't moving. They had lots of employees inside. Not sure why it was so slow.
Delicious vanilla frozen custard at a good price. I also enjoy the burgers. Seems to be a responsibly run fast food chain, with humane treatment of the food animals.
This has happened a few times now but whenever I order a number 8 plain it comes with just the buns and the chicken - not the hot sauce. This would make sense if I ordered the version that wasn't the buffalo hot sauce type in the first place but this is insane. Nothing worse at the end of a day when someone brings home food you've looked forward to for it to be messed up again. - They wanted us to come back in but that's a long drive for us and it was meant to be a treat while passing through.
Good quality burgers here In Good Times & Frozen Custard. Good place to have a quick branch. Fast and knowledgeable staff in here. Great place so far.
Hopefully you don't have food Allergies, although the staff is very friendly they don't listen to orders and constantly mess up. Even after talking to a manager this hasn't been resolved. As a Boulder store food allergies/custom orders shouldn't be uncommon
Always get great food and service at this location. Chicken tenders, wild fries, and frozen custard are all amazing. Tiny bit more expensive than the other drive thrus around town but worth it.
Fun and quick pick up and go food. Lots of great things to see while waiting in line! Like an old man leaving his poor dog in his car while it's 81 degrees outside with one window open.
Good food lots of choices. My mom loves to go here if she has to choose fast food.
We literally go for the fries!!! Also, try the mango lemonade when you need a refreshing cool down! Never gone inside, but the drive thru is fast and always friendly.
I had the good old Deluze Good Times Burger the other day and it was so great. The tomato, the lettuce and the size of the burger was awesome for the price of $3.59!

The rude person serving food at the drive through last night after 8pm was spitting in food and no one making food cared to do anything to stop it. Just looking on and smiling. Very disgusting. Definitely not coming back. I d like to speak with a manager and have the video footage reviewed. That is horrible service.

Not sure if my hands got bigger or the burgers are smaller, I'm going to go with the burgers. They are still very tasty though.
This location is always busy, but they are as quick as possible and the food is good.

I have no idea how this location managed it, but we ordered a wild fry and a natural fry and both orders tasted like they'd been sitting out for 15 minutes. That's so un-Good Times!
As far as fast food is considered, Good Times needs to be bumped up to a five star. Great, simple, delicious burgers. Phenomenal shakes/custards. And price for a full meal under $10. Solid work. Let's spread the word.

Went to get shakes after hiking, they gave me the wrong shakes and halfway through I found a red hair stuck to the inside of my cup.
Hadn't been in a couple years and this place has gone way downhill. The 'natural cut fries' are no longer fresh cut. They used to be, but now they are McDonald's style shoestrings with some kind of coating tasting like they went straight from the freezer to the fryer. Honey mustard is some Kraft BS now. The burger meat tastes a few steps lower on quality as well. It seems Good Times has fallen into cost cutting across the board and isn't what it was. They might as well have sold the brand to McDonald's.
